The stay is okay. The location is not so easy to locate. It is an apartment. The owner is very friendly and helpful which I really appreciate it. She help us to call for a taxi to the airport which was very helpful.

Review Had a wonderful week in Relais Al Museo. We stayed in the Edera Apartment which is well maintained, very clean, and spacious. It has a balcony overlooking the street, and there is a view of Vesuvius in the distance. It is very well located, with a leisurely 10 min stroll to the National Archaeological Museum and Metro, and c15 mins to Via dei Tribunali in the historical centre of Naples. We were well looked after by Genny and her team, who brought us breakfast every morning and helped with our travel plans, including sorting out a taxi back to the airport. We had a great stay and thoroughly recommend Relais Al Museo.

Great hotel room in a very handy location. Took a little bit of finding after the taxi dropped us at the wrong end of the street. Nice breakfast, red hot shower, clean and with a comfortable bed. Lovely, friendly hosts. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, Near the metro line and close to Via Toledo, street is very quiet. Owners are super nice and friendly, willing to assist with everything. Very good breakfast, Room is clean and well equiped with a nice kitchen.

Excellent place both for hospitality and for cleanliness. Mrs. Genny is fantastic and very helpful .. I recommend it to everyone and I will recommend it to friends who want to come to Naples .. also the girl who always brought us breakfast and always cleaned our room is very kind and professional

We spent our "hit and run" of the April 25 long weekend with the very kind and extremely helpful Mrs. Jenny who, together with Laura, made us feel at home. Confidentiality and hospitality are in first place, available to satisfy every need, and always an eye for our little Riccardo, with abundant breakfasts yogurt, juice, cereals, croissants, Cappuccino coffee, milk and cocoa ... in short, every need is satisfied ! The structure is located inside a building, equipped with an elevator, the rooms are very clean and if left by 11am they will provide cleaning and towel changes every day. The Realis is very quiet in fact we felt like we were alone as long as the structure was full. Conveniently located 10/15 minutes from the center, you can reach via Toledo, the Spanish quarters, spaccanapoli on foot. On the day of departure, as long as we had warned that we would be leaving very early and breakfast was not served, the lady recommended that she get up to say goodbye and let us have 3 slices of cake for the journey 😍 . Truly a heartfelt person. Our experience was positive and I highly recommend it. Thank you 🙏🏻 Jenny and Laura we hope to see you again in the future. Good everything. Ale, Richi, Maicol

Perfect location to get around the center of Naples, nice and clean rooms, friendly staff. Due to an unexpected event we had to reduce our stay by one night, the lady proved to be kind and helpful despite the inconvenience caused. Highly recommended.

I stayed 3 days in the structure. The hospitality was excellent. The staff made itself available for every request and was always very courteous. Breakfast arrives promptly in the room at the requested time. Room cleaning punctual and thorough. The proximity to the historic center is priceless. I recommend it
