The owner is a very caring person. She gave detail information regarding all procedures being taken. From taxi service to facilities.
This place is within a convenient central location to both ferry ports.

we stayed on Saturday and Sunday night in this b&b the positive note is the very central location the negative is that the room was not cleaned or at least in such a way that not even my 9 year old daughter would put the bed up without being made and the sheets not changed, towels were not even changed... this is why I give a low rating

I was there with my family, clean environment and the rooms are very beautiful, the staff very kind. The location is in the center of Naples and close to many places to visit. I hope to return. Excellent relationship with the owner who is always available.

First time in Naples, Mrs. Maria gave us an excellent welcome in her beautiful structure. The "female" room was very nice and clean. The property is located one step away from all the beautiful things to see in Naples. When I return to Naples I will try to stay at the "Mascalzone Latino" again

Located in the heart of Naples, it is a very nice and welcoming place, an ideal point from which to visit the city. Our room was very spacious with a small balcony. We were very pleased that there was an electric kettle, with a choice of coffee, herbal teas and tea. The owner is very nice and helpful.

Located in a strategic position. Convenient for visiting the city by moving very well on foot from one area/monument to another (for those who love walking), also convenient because it is close to the metro stop. Room and cleanliness normal

I stayed for three nights with my family at this very nice property, located in a building in the central streets of Naples. Surely the strong punished are the location, close to both the historic center and the port, and the cleanliness of the rooms. I would have liked to know the owners (absent for the whole stay). Furthermore, at the time of booking, it was not specified that the structure did not provide breakfast. A further negative fact on the evaluation is that, wanting to stay another day and having no room in the structure, the owner (again by telephone) had booked me personally in another B&B but the day before, ready to move, with various excuses she said that it can no longer accommodate me and that I have to find other accommodation ... moral of the story ... we had to return a day early ruining (fortunately only in part) our holiday in splendid Naples.
