The location of the accommodation is good, steps from the historic center, the port, and the metro station. Upon arrival, there was already chaos at the reception desk, with people arguing with the front desk over the "deposit." Although they specify that the accommodation may charge you for other charges, only 24 hours before receiving the email for online check-in, they stated that a €200 deposit must be paid. They don't block it from your card; it's only by card, and you pay and get it refunded between 15 and 40 days after your departure from the hotel. I hope to receive my deposit refund soon. I stayed 3 nights, and the night we arrived, we noticed that the mini-fridge wasn't working (the only thing they have is a hairdryer; they don't have an electric kettle). The next day, starting at 8 a.m., I wrote to the WhatsApp number they provided to report the problem with the refrigerator. I sent several messages, but they didn't respond to any of them. I went to reception in the afternoon (which is about 100 meters from the accommodation). The lady who helped me, who only spoke Italian, but it's not a problem because I understand a little, spoke extremely poorly to me. She didn't even look at my face to answer. She used a rude tone, saying, "I already told you to come and see," always without looking at us, as if we weren't even there. No one ever came by, and my medications, which should be refrigerated, melted. As if that weren't enough, that same night I found cockroaches in the bathroom, which is truly unacceptable. In the end, we also paid almost €90 a night, since their taxes + cleaning for 3 nights were €78, which they charge you upon arrival. I kept sending WhatsApp messages every day after, but no one answered. On checkout day, we left early. Since they don't go to reception, I took videos and photos. I sent another WhatsApp message to let them know we had already left, along with photos and videos of how we left the room to provide proof and get a refund for my security deposit. I told them about the cockroach. They responded to that message immediately, saying, "The cockroach could have gotten in through the window, and if I don't know, that has nothing to do with cleaning." It was a completely inappropriate response to a customer, and they never responded to my messages regarding the refrigerator not working the previous few days. I honestly can't recommend this place; it wasn't a good experience.
