It’s a bit hard to find , and the phone number was wrong but eventually we found it. Beside this little inconvenient, it is pretty nice and clean. Ideal for friends or couples, not sure for solo as it’s in a rough area unless you know you’re way around. Good value for money. Reception very kind and helpful.

Excellent service, room clean. Friendly staff. Without any questions, at my request, they brought two glasses of wine. The room has a refrigerator and air conditioning. The downside is the location. You will have to climb the mountain on foot, but you can also use the funicular. The station is a couple of minutes from the room. But this location is also a plus, because from the terrace there is an excellent view of the entire city with Vesuvius in the background.

While the staff couldn’t have been lovelier, this hotel is in a not-so-nice area of Naples although it’s very easy to get into the city. The worst bit was the one parking - not a problem if you’re in a Fiat 500 but our hire car (a small Jeep) barely made it. You drive down a step and very narrow lane and then have to turn into a car lift. We nearly didn’t make it out when we left as the cobbles were wet and slippery and the lane is so steep. The rooms were very clean but also very basic - almost hostel like.

it was the worst experience ever! the hotel is located in a terrible neighborhood, with narrow streets and dubious people, I witnessed a horrible scene, a 10-year-old girl was attacked by her father, the poor thing was bleeding, her mother was screaming, no one intervened! I reached the entrance of the jotel with difficulty, which probably because of the area had a barred door and opened only after calling the intercom, even the employees were not safe

I stayed two nights with my sister for a concert in Naples, everything went well until the moment of departure... We went by car and we parked in the hotel's private parking lot, a very narrow parking lot with trees in the middle that you had to do a lot of maneuvers to get out of, one of the trees had a whole part and a very low cut part that I couldn't see from the car's camera and it ruined my rear door... I didn't think to take photos at that moment, I left and in the afternoon I spoke to my insurance company who told me that since it's a private parking lot of the hotel they have insurance for damage to property or people so I could get reimbursed through insurance... I called the hotel to ask for the insurance details and if necessary the photo of the tree... The owner's response was "if you got all the way home the damage wasn't that serious" and that that tree has always been there and it never happened so he called me incompetent to drive and told me that he absolutely wouldn't send me the photo and that if I made any complaint he would send his dispute... Furthermore, the parking was also paid, so I also paid to park the car there...

A stroke of luck in Naples* I discovered this 3*** hotel by chance. It is a former small monastery. Completely renovated. Very clean. Had a single room with a comfortable bed and a magnificent view of Naples and the Gulf of Naples. The staff, including the ladies from the cleaning team, deserve special praise. Friendly, helpful and professional. Internet connection perfect. Breakfast room on the ground floor - access to a small garden. From the unfortunately unused roof terrace you also have a great view of the city and the sea. I couldn't get a proper picture of the location on Google Maps. It is in a small alley below Corso V. Emanuele. You walk a few steps from the Corso or down the path after the small gas station (100m) - the hotel is very easy to reach with the beach cable car "Funicolare di Montesanto". 5 minutes walk and 5 minutes drive and you are in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Naples. There are 2 restaurants, a pizzeria and a "chicken grill" in the immediate vicinity. Arrival from the airport: Alibus to Garibaldi main station - then metro to Montesanto and then funicular* I can highly recommend this 3*** hotel. It is very easy to get to, but you can retreat from the city there.

Extremely hard pillows, staff with inappropriate behavior. They didn't give us our deposit back even though nothing was damaged. There were ants in the breakfast croissants. It is located in a very bad and dangerous neighborhood..
