The worst value hotel during our entire trip to Italy. They cut corners at every turn, including by having a virtual check-in desk. Someone only comes to the property to "clean" and take your money. But after showering twice after an almost 100 degree F day in Naples, we left our towels on the floor of the bathroom expecting them to be replaced with clean ones. Instead, the "cleaning lady" simply hung them on hooks in the bathroom without replacing them, and laid our bath mat on a stool in the bathroom to dry, without replacing it either. Disgusting!

The stay was a pleasant surprise! Excellent location, the room was impeccably clean and the friendliness of the people who welcomed us was impeccable. It will definitely be an experience to repeat.

Perfect location for exploring Naples, very clean, helpful staff and everything you want from a B&B. Room was very spacious and the balcony was lovely especially in the evening. Room overlooked a fairly busy road but noise was not overwhelming. Mini fridge well stocked and well priced also.

Perfect structure in the heart of Naples, 2 steps from Via Toledo, located in a beautiful historic building. Carefully furnished and very clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff who put the customer at ease. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to spend a few days in the charming alleys of Naples. Prices normal.

The hotel operates as a B&B, with no reception and few rooms, on the third floor of a historic building in Napoli. We arrived at the agreed time and there was someone to give us the keys and explain everything. The room was spacious, very comfortable, soundproofing on the windows. Very good breakfast. There is a metro station nearby, a market across the street too. The only negative point would be the elevator, which only fits 2 people, which often made me climb 3 floors of stairs, but nothing that bothered me.

Ottimo b&b nel centro di Napoli zona università, a due passi dalla fermata della metropolitana, posizione strategica per muoversi in tutto il centro storico, zona tranquilla. Camere pulite e arredate con gusto, con balconcino su una via trafficata ma la stanza è ben isolata dai rumori esterni, soluzione comodissima per vivere Napoli in piena indipendenza consiglio vivamente!
