The recieptionist lady was really unprofessional and rude with no smile and passion for her job. We were given a different room than what we've booked. After checking in with them, he had to follow a way to get through our hotel building, which was really weird! We were also forced to pay 200 Euros by Credit card to complete the check-in (No debit cards, don't know why) We were told that this will be a payment which will go back to the account in 8-14 days after the checkout but today is 27th day, I haven't recieved my payment yet! Tried to contact them but no clear response about the refund, Called them and got no answer. Just now checked the Google reviews here and I can see most of the guests have similar issues like us! Instead of waiting more, I've contacted Booking customer service last night and told them everything what happened! They've apologised, contacted with Clapa and now I got email that my refund is being processed! I haven't recieved it yet but anyway, I DONT RECOMMEND anyone to book their room! You'll have the most awful experience ever in your life!

Beware these people took £200 deposit towards any damages. Was told it would be refunded within 2 weeks. It now been 6 weeks and still no sign of them ever returning it. Think I've been scammed. I have been in constant contact with the hotel. Keep getting brushed off.

AVOID. Room is basic not terrible. But they charge €200 for the security deposit and have a policy to hold onto that deposit for 14 working days. (40 working days if you pay by debit card). I have contacted the hotel multiple times and have still not had the deposit returned. Considering the deposit was higher than the cost of the room. Booking this is an expensive mistake. Don’t do it.

Check-in is to be done at the nearby place, within the walk distance from the accommodation. If you haven’t check-in online, you’d have to do it yourself on the spot. Welcome desk wasn’t welcoming. If you arrive before 3 pm and want to leave your luggage it costs 4€ per piece of luggage. What was a bit shocking was the fact that when leaving deposit which was 200€ for 2 days, receptionist takes your card physically. No option to swipe your credit/debit card. In case of any damage money won’t be returned to your account, however no one comes to check the apartment at the check-out, so you have to trust them. We were told if all ok money would be returned within 2 weeks, however after 2 weeks we were told that if it was debit card it takes around 1 month. Kind of sponsoring by guests since they are super busy and everyone has to leave deposit. Accommodation is on the floor where were several rooms all with bathroom. On the check-out day let is to be left at the corridor. Room was nice and clean, however there were some bugs, although everything was super clean. Location was great, and if no bad impression left by front-desk and deposit that still hasn’t been returned, this accommodation would be excellent value for money, however this way we won’t recommend.

First of all, the reception is not in the same building, ok, i had to read the small text . Second, there were 3 ladies at reception, they let us do the check-in on tablet, which didnt work. Then we had to wait for like 30 minutes until they finally did all the work needed, with faces lime we were burden. They took 5€ for cleaning, i had seen many rooms, however this wasnt clean at all. And there were some bugs in bathroom, i didnt take a picture of. I wouldnt recommend this experience from the begining until the end. At he end they took the deposit from our card. I dont know why, hopefully i would get the answer tommorow. I would recommend to hire new staff - at reception and also to clean.

The front desk was not very accommodating, the rooms were small and we had problems with no wifi in one room, air conditioner problems in the other and a bathroom that was falling apart as well as a broken air conditioner on the balcony. Noisy with no noise dampening to the street outside. Beds uncomfortable. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they said “that is not possible.”

Good location,good staff, the city is amazing and the hotel is amazingly positioned. Really enjoyed the stay, staff were friendly. Room was very clean, comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend to come travel, couples or business trips.

Perfect location, good amenities, good staff, clean room conditions. They have air conditioner. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I highly recommend it. If you plan to visit Naples, don’t hesitate to book this hotel.
