I picked this location as I arrived from palermo via airport and needed to leave naples via train - its literally a 5 min walk away from the fast trains super accessible ! The staff was also very helpful whenever needed. I highly recommend the breakfast it was 6 euros more and so worth it! An italian breakfast is so amazing and they serve it well I looked forward to it every morning. Also a block away from a whole line if restaurants for dinner or lunch. Perfect location

Located about a 15-minute walk from Naples Central Station, it has excellent access to Metro Line 1. The rail access to Pompeii is also good. Breakfast is not awkward because of the high prices.

I stayed in the suite with the jacuzzi for one night. The room is very nice, the bed is comfortable, and it is clean overall. The staff is kind and friendly, and also the breakfast is good. The price was also good. I wish I could stay one night more. Possible improvements: you can easily hear any noise coming from the other rooms. Having soundproof walls would make it the perfect experience. Also, the walls around the jacuzzi could be cleaned better.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo ottimo hotel a Napoli, nella zona tra Agnano e Bagnoli. Soggiorno veramente stupendo sotto tutti gli aspetti: L'arrivo e' stato il primo step molto positivo,essere accolti con il sorriso e la gentilezza e' una gran carta di presentazione dell'ospitalità. La camera abbastanza spaziosa, accogliente e soprattutto pulita, la colazione di alta qualità e per tutti i gusti, colazione sia che si preferisca il dolce che il salato....il caffè e i cappuccini strepitosi. Lo staff e' altamente professionale, disponibile e assolutamente cortese. La posizione strategica del Nuvo', trovandosi a pochi passi dalla ferrovia Cumana e vicinissima alla metropolitana,lo rende un punto di riferimento per visitare Napoli e dintorni. E stata veramente una bella esperienza, lo consigliamo vivamente a tutti.....che dire provare per credere. Sicuramente ci riserveremo una prossima occasione. The sewer was clogged, the room contained garbage left by the previous guest, and early in the morning the cleaning staff spoke loudly in the corridor.

It is a nice hotel, with convenient transportation, free parking, good breakfast, and warm hospitality. The hotel is also clean and quiet. It is convenient for eating and shopping around. I will come back next time.

Very nice hotel located along the water. Balconies face the waterfront with a couple chairs and a table on each balcony. Large, well-appointed rooms. Huge breakfast buffet with waitstaff available to get specialty coffee drinks made to order. Large hotel that often has conferences, so reception area can be very busy. Reception staff not very friendly, but breakfast staff were very helpful. Easy walk to restaurants.

Fantastic hotel, lovely breakfast and very kind staff. Pros: eco & power-saving, air con in rooms, beds extremely comfortable, delicious breakfast with plenty of choice, rooms always clean and tidy, reasonable location not too far from centre Cons: very poor tap design, bathroom a little tired and could do with an upgrade, room wasn’t quite ready on time, would prefer breakfast to be a buffet & just help yourself, a smart TV would be beneficial for tourists to access Netflix etc. couldn’t find the wellness centre The cons however didn’t impact our stay enough to mark it down at all. 5 out of 5
