The hotel is located smack in the centre of Yanping city, making it a really good place to enjoy the hustle bustle of Yanping. The service, in particular that of Ms. Lilian @ the front desk, is truly warm, caring and excellent. Breakfast is adequate albeit sparse but truly bad coffee was served from an all-for-one dispenser - juice, soya bean, water, coffee - all from the same single dispenser. I am really sad for the lonely one single turtle being kept as a pet in the aquarium in the breakfast hall. Keeping any living thing in a confined space, in solitary only by itself is really almost inhumane. I am no expert, but I thought turtle does live both on land and in water - by keeping it an aquarium, the solitary turtle is forced to constantly keep paddling and swimming all the time without any access to dry land. A BIG SADNESS, REALLY. More so, if the kept turtle is meant to be eaten !

Because it was a three-person stay, the big bed room was replaced by a twin room after arriving at the store. The room was very satisfied. It is said to be a homestay. In fact, the overall area is very large, connected to the flower world next to it, there are animals, there is a playground, you can also barbecue, there is a dragon kiln next to it, it is very suitable for leisure and vacation.

Wuyi Mountain is worth staying at the hotel. The old teahouse is very tasteful. The design of the whole hotel is very stylish, the sanitation is in place, and the room is equipped with good quality items. The best thing is the super warm hospitality of the boss and his wife, thinking about what the guests think. Friends must push the hotel.

I haven't been to Wuyi Mountain for a long time. I had a meal near Wuyi College. I stayed nearby. The location was not easy to find. Behind the postal store, the room should be remodeled. It should be a bar or KTV. The sanitation is okay.

The hotel is in the center of the county, the location is super good! The room facilities look a bit old but still very clean, that is, the sound of the air outlet of the air conditioner is a bit loud, and you can fall asleep! The breakfast is very rich, Chinese and Western styles are available, and there are buns made by your own hotel 😋

Forgot to take pictures of the room, the homestay is in a villa resort area, the boss upgraded our room type, with a hot spring room. And the boss is very enthusiastic, want to drink tea casually. The boss gave a very detailed guide. It is very close to the Wuyi Mountain Scenic Area by car. The villa is suitable for a family or two or three friends to come together, and there is a kitchen for cooking. Room types with hot springs can be added, basically suitable for winter. You can also bring a dog to stay.

Life in the city is too anxious, and it is really necessary to go to the countryside to recharge from time to time! I love the big green lawn in the yard here, the bamboo shoots that grow taller every day, the old camphor trees and small sweet-scented osmanthus that emit a unique fragrance, the healthy meals arranged by my aunt every day, and the comfortable tea table where you can drink tea everywhere in the yard. Every frame is beautiful. What a sight! The boss’s unique artistic aesthetic perfectly combines the equipment and the environment. The old slogans on the wall of the old campus make people go back to their childhood. After dinner, they would sit by the playground and look at the sky in a daze, and feel the white noise of nature from the chirping of insects, birds, and gurgling streams. Every detail stimulates your senses and heals you! Here, no matter where you come from or where you are going back, you can feel the mountains and wilderness and find yourself. The meaning of life is nothing more than this. Live the life you long for with awe! ~ I made an agreement with my boss to come here regularly for a few days to lie down and relax, and then drink tea and pet the cat together. I didn’t have time to learn the crafts from my boss this time, so I’ll make up for it next time! ~

The housekeeper helped us upgrade the room. The room is very large, with a tatami area for making tea and having afternoon tea, and a balcony. The balcony looks out to the back garden of the homestay, a Chongxi Mandao where you can ride a bike, which is very suitable for taking your dog for a stroll! Facilities: All items in the room are free to use, including tea bags, handmade biscuits, Wuyishan spring water, cola sparkling water, welcome fruits, coffee. I drove all the time and didn't eat at noon. I was full after eating and drinking in the room. Hahaha. Hygiene: Even people with mysophobia think it is very clean. There is no dust on the tatami, and you can lie down freely. The same is true for bath towels and towels, and the bed quilts. Environment: There is an underground parking lot for self-driving parking. There are many places to eat nearby, and you can also order takeout. There is a place to walk the dog outside the homestay, and the scenery is also good. Service: The ladies are all very good. I just hope that if the dog cannot enter the restaurant in the future, I can inform you in advance, and there will be a solution, such as eating breakfast outdoors or delivering breakfast to the room. When we went downstairs for breakfast, we were told that ”pets are not allowed into the restaurant and we cannot sit outdoors.” It was very embarrassing at the time, but luckily there was a place around a fireplace outside the back of the restaurant, so we cooked and ate there.

Liushang B&B brought us an unforgettable experience, like a leisurely poem of life. The meals carefully prepared by Master Zhong with seasonal vegetables, whether it is a hearty breakfast or a delicious lunch and dinner, make people feel the taste of home. The enthusiastic service of the manager, Xiao Liu, Xiao Xia and the tea artist Xiao Zhu made people feel warm, especially Xiao Zhu patiently explained to us the story and interesting knowledge of Wuyi Mountain Rock Tea, which added to the fun of the trip. On a winter night, brewing tea around the stove became one of the best memories of this trip. They carefully prepared tea sets and snacks. We sat around the outdoor fire, sipping tea, roasting sweet potatoes, chatting, and the warmth continued from the palm of our hands to our hearts. Such time is simple and satisfying, and it is endless aftertaste. Liushang B&B made us feel the human touch and the poetic life in the mountains. Thank you for your attentive hospitality!
