Hotels in Jinhu Square/Guangxi Medical University/Nanhu Park, Nanning

I arranged a trip to Nanning temporarily, checked hotels online, and chose Nanhu Mingdu from Shangri-La and Nanhu Mingdu. I booked an executive lake view single room. When checking in, Xiaolin at the front desk helped upgrade the executive suite. Carefully and meticulously introduced the instructions for afternoon tea, vouchers, etc. Because I was with my baby, I asked the floor attendant to send two more sets of children's toiletries and slippers, as well as check-in fruits. The room is spacious and clean, with 270° lake and city views, and excellent views. The room is well soundproofed. The shower head has a large amount of water and a stable water temperature, which is an important aspect of my evaluation of the comfort of a hotel. The water quality of the hotel's heated swimming pool is also good, because there are many children during the May Day holiday, and it is estimated that it should be better on ordinary days. Because I went to breakfast very late and it was close to the end time, many things were emptied, so I couldn't evaluate it objectively. Overall, Nanhu Mingdu, as an old five-star hotel, has a very mature management system, good staff quality, and great service details. The experience of staying in is very good! Next time I go to Nanning, I will probably choose to stay here again.

Hotel is located diagonally across Mixc shopping centre and easily accessible from 万象城 station on Line 1. It’s 7 stations away from 朝阳百盛步行街 on the same line. We asked for non-smoking room and were assigned a room on level 3, the only designated non-smoking floor. However the windows open to the atrium courtyard and hotel guests fragrantly flouted the no-smoking signs throughout the hotel and cigarette stench prevails. I advise non-smokers to avoid this place. Hotel has central heating during this period and it’s not possible to control the temperature in your room if you prefer cooler temperature. We had to resort to opening both door and windows to induce airflow from the cooler corridor. 小米 TV provides a reservoir of content for entertainment for purchase if the usual china terrestrial channels are not your cup of tea. The complimentary welcome drinks at the lobby is a nice touch. The complimentary afternoon tea from 2-5pm merely recycles leftovers from breakfast and can be skipped. Next trip back I’ll probably pick a hotel near 朝阳广场 for greater ease of access to shopping and restaurants.

The room is tidy, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and the facilities are complete. I chose this hotel because it is pet-friendly. Unexpectedly, I am satisfied with everything. However, the parking space near the exit of the parking lot is a bit narrow. There is a low wall next to it and it is not in the sight of the car. When the car moves out, It's a pity that the car door was scratched. We left something at the hotel, and the hotel contacted me promptly and mailed it. It is also very convenient to eat near the hotel.

The price/performance ratio of this stay is quite high. The room is spacious, well-equipped, clean and tidy. There are also many delicious foods in the Langxi Night Market nearby. The breakfast is also very complete and very good, fresh and delicious.

My family came to Guangxi and stayed at the Wanda Vista Nanning R&F Hotel. The lobby is gorgeous and luxurious, and the view is broad. I would like to express my special thanks to Xiao Yan from the lounge. He very enthusiastically introduced me to many fun and delicious tourist attractions in Nanning. The service was also warm and thoughtful. I personally think Very satisfied. If I come to Guangxi again in the future, I will choose this hotel again.

When checking in, the lady took the initiative to help upgrade the room type. The upgraded room is very spacious and I like it very much. The room has a bathtub. There is a disposable bath bag next to the bathtub. It is clean and hygienic. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, which is very good. The room design is also good. I am very satisfied with the sofa and coffee table for making tea. The room is equipped with Liubao tea, which tastes good. The tea tastes good, and the tea is fragrant and sweet. The room can also be connected to the mobile phone Bluetooth to play music on your mobile phone. The hotel's disposable supplies are also very good, of good quality and easy to use. The toiletries are also equipped with mouthwash, hair bands, and cotton swabs, which are very considerate. The hotel breakfast is also good. There is a buffet in the restaurant on the first floor. There are many kinds of meals. It must be praised. I will choose to stay next time I come to Nanning.

We needed a hotel because we arrived too late for the bus. Guangxi can be surprisingly cold in winter and this place was warm. The bed was tremendous and comfortable, the design of the room modern and clean. There was an included bath tub. The minibar was pretty pricey but breakfast looked good and there are convenient Chinese food (Guangxi pho) and Western (pizza and coffee) nearby. All in all we were quite pleased and would stay again.

A grand hotel although it is more oriental style. Very near Metro. Airport bus service is right at the hotel. Beautiful 南湖 is nice for morning and evening walk. We booked a double room. The front dest staff was very pleasant and able to help us when asking for free upgrade to executive, non-smoking room with fantastic view to the lake. The room was very spacious and comfy. Front desk was also efficient to help us solving small issue of the room.

Service: Full score, the front desk brother and sister are very enthusiastic and active Environment: It is a bit far from the subway station, but Nanning is full of shared electric vehicles. It is very convenient to ride. It takes only more than 10 minutes to take a taxi to Nanning East. There are a lot of food around, and the overall convenience is close to full marks. Facilities: The overall decoration is a bit old. The overall room is much larger than the home in Guilin. The pillows look a bit dirty, but the overall bedding is still comfortable to sleep. Hygienic: Qualified, the corridor and the room just came in with a slight smell of smoke, but it is also within the acceptable range. Old friend powder for breakfast, for us outsiders, is still possible.
