Hotel looks grand and gorgeous. Services are all good and staffs are polite and kind. The only downside is the hotel room aircon. Not sure if it’s really working but most of the time feel stuffy and hot. Might be due to the cold weather outside these days. But all else are good.

Good location with Wanda mall just beside the hotel . Breakfast has a wide selection of Chinese and western food with good choices of coffee . Room is well maintained and highly decorated.

Service of hotel is outstanding. Pick up airport service is very helpful. Our driver arrived early. Hotel has also a good gym.

The room was very clean and tidy, and the service was also very good. I tried the hotel's Pinzhen Chinese restaurant and Shangri-La's Baiqing Pavilion. I personally think that Pinzhen's dishes are not inferior to Shangri-La's.
