We had an amazing time at your hotel! The pool area was fantastic, and the staff were always smiling and ready to help. When i call to make my booking my call was received by venon he did assist in making my booking, and when i came to check in reading the name tag it was venon who was checking us in the middle of the night, he took us to the room gave us a brief of the hotel the rooms where so amazing the pool so beautiful not forgetting the hotel is next to the mall, Thank you so much venon for your hospitality you made our stay so great from booking to check in Can't wait to come back!”

Anthony, a trainee at the concierge, was super friendly and helpful. Super professionalism made my stay rewarding. The breakfast was very good but the room wifi was very weak and cannot be connected. Location is great and restaurant Kilimanjaro, riverside shuttle station are within walking distance.

We checked in after arriving in Nairobi. The staff at hotel were really polite especially at the front desk. We were able to exchange money which was great and saved us the hassle of searching for another place. We wanted to go to the Masai Market and asked the concierge how much it would cost for them to organise a car. It was extremely overpriced at $40 for a return journey. We ended up downloading the uber app and paid around $8 dollars for a return trip! Definitely useful to download Uber! The room was clean enough and we had a great night's sleep as we were shattered from the journey.

I stayed in this hotel for 10 nights on 07 March 2024. The room were very clean I even left a tip for the room cleaner for the first time in my life. Really, Everything was lovely, breakfast, food on rooftop restaurant and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definately I will be coming back. Happy customer, Kate😃

Participating in the project business negotiation meeting is relatively close to the foreign unit, and choosing to stay in this hotel also shows our identity. This hotel is also the most luxurious hotel in the city, with first-class facilities and first-class service. Breakfast was excellent, and Ctrip prices were moderate.

My stay was amazing, great hotel the hotel safe were very helpful great staff, breakfast was delicious choice of meal and fruits all fresh , the in house amenities was fantastic, and the location was really nice for me . Booked 3 club rooms for 3 separate nights during a multi-stop tour through Kenya. The Stanley and the 1902 lounge were one of the highlights of our trip and we would definitely stay here again and specifically book the club rooms. First of all, the staff were incredible - Emilie, Collins, Benson (1902 lounge butlers), Steve (concierge) and Susan (management) deserve special recognition. They all went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. The 1902 lounge is well worth the upgrade. Soft drinks and snacks during the day, and an incredible happy hour daily from 6-8 with hard drinks and hors d'oeuvres. And if your flight is later the day of checkout, you can use the lounge throughout the day. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. We tried all 3 restaurants during our stay - The Thorn Tree cafe provides an excellent breakfast and is good for lunch. Both the Thai Chi and Pool Deck restaurants were excellent dinner choices. If you are heading on Safari or to Mombasa you can leave the luggage you don't need with the concierge, taking only the things you need for that part of the trip. This makes traveling so much easier. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. As we returned to the Stanley from one of the legs of our trip, we all remarked that it felt like we were ”coming home”. Would highly recommend.

This was a quick stop. The hotel staff was friendly, and considerate to give us a wake up call without requesting for one. They were aware of the early morning flight as the checkout was done late night previous day. The bedding was comfortable, good AC but there was a weird smell in the washroom. Had a quick check at the indoor pool, which quite small. Overall good enough for a night stay between flights.
