"The management is very formal, the staff is well trained, the room hygiene is done in general, but it is good in Kenya, and the breakfast is delicious."
"The hotel is quiet yet quiet, very close to the CBD in the city center, and the hospital is just across the road. The hotel is a bit dilapidated, but the rest is at the level of a 4-star hotel. The water in the swimming pool is very cold and there is a bath in the bathroom. WiFi is average, on and off.
This price is okay too"

"The last night I booked in Kenya was going for French food. The environment is very good. In the embassy area, enter the security check. The hotel in 193 years is impeccable except for the old equipment."
"Very close to Weilson Airport, walking for five minutes, it is considered to be a good location in the hotel, the hotel facilities are a bit old, but the four-star hotel is also the case."
"I have been to Kenya for business several times before. This time, I stayed in a hotel owned by a Chinese owner with the best accommodation conditions. It looked like it had just been renovated and upgraded. I could eat delicious Chinese food every day, and I could swim, play billiards, or exercise in the evening. I also met several Chinese friends who do business and live here. I will definitely stay here again when I come here."

"Excellent hotel. Abit far from the city centre but it had an amazing environment surrounded by nature. The rooms were massive. The overall experience was great! The gym could been better on the other hand the pool was lovely."

Amazing
DDominicI booked a 2-night stay over Saturday and Sunday while waiting for my 1am flight on Monday. I had just returned from a safari and was extremely tired, hoping to get some rest. Unfortunately, starting around 4am on Sunday, there was a lot of noise coming from the room directly in front of mine. It appeared to be a group occupying multiple rooms, shouting and moving between them.
I called the lobby twice, and while the receptionist was kind and responsive in contacting the group, the noise continued, and I eventually gave up on trying to sleep.
Later that afternoon, the tap and shower in my room stopped working. I had to call again to have it fixed, and even after it was restored, there was no hot water. I had a VERY cold shower.
That said, I genuinely appreciated the food and the aesthetic of the property—the African artifacts in the hallways and the soaring ceilings made the place feel very special. It’s the kind of atmosphere I’d love to return to. However, because of the disruptions and inconvenience I experienced, I don’t think I’ll be coming back unless necessary.
EErik LacorteWe booked a five day stay at Sarova Stanley and honestly it was the best decision. From the moment we arrive, we are greeted warmly by the staff and took care right away of our baggages. Upon entry they took care of us with warm towels and refreshments which was absolutely lovely. We arrived early at the hotel at 11am inspite of the check in time of 2pm they immediately processed everything as they gave us consideration because we are travelling with an infant, we are so lucky and did I mention we were given an upgrade! We were always looking forward to breakfast as the food is chef's kis. Location is amazing Pool is always cleaned and not crowded at all. The staffs are very attentive to your needs. Stanley Sarova is indeed a stort to tell and I highly recommend staying especially with family.
I highly recommend to stay on this hotel.

Great
SSafari Pro NoahThat's a wonderful hotel! From the pick up at the airport, Judy was really kind and professional. She handled us with utmost courtesy and my whole team was in great appreciation of her. She always arranged our transport in a timely fashion and together with the driver, they made our pick ups and drop offs worry-free even at very late hours. So we surely will stay at Argyle even in the future in our many forthcoming business trips.
The front desk was always helpful and catered to our needs. Mariam and Kate in particular took worked fast and at ease in a cordial fashion. They provided all necessary information for my team and made us make 3 subsequent bookings during our stay, we didn't want anything less.
Of course, food was great and the service there was just amazing! Jacinta and her colleagues were so nice, my team enjoyed the food and the overall presentation of the whole buffet. The variety was rich and surely who wouldn't want to just eat to their fill? Argyle is the place
GGuest UserCan’t thank enough to the beautiful staff for the amazing service and the great vibe. They all made us feel so welcome. We both arrived very early in he morning, very tired after being flying for nearly two days and the staff helped us out with an early check-in; we can’t not thank the staff enough for that; we really needed to have a shower and sleep. The room was spacious enough for two people, clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The fact that they have a gym available for the guests was good for us. We had dinner last night and the food was quite nice: very generous portions but also good quality for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff members are all nice, helpful and friendly.
MMiaaaaaaaXHere are some details for your information:
Reason why you should not stay unless they could change:
1.picking up us from NBO termination to the hotel like 20mins for 5k and even no water provided when picked us, while i happened stayed in a much more expensive hotel in Mobasa only charged 3.5k with iced water and 1 hour trip.
2.the room has some smell from its new facility, very distinguish as i step in, the towel on top shelf of the shower room always has the same smell, very uncomfortable
3.what im most mad at, was someone took away our one set of brush, slipper, and the welcome chocolates. just because we dont need them for one night,i found it on the second day leaved a note with tip, someone only took the tip away but dont give me what i asked for.
4. One of The elevator has been broken since the second day and sometimes two of them, luckily I am only given room on the 3rd floor
Good thing is: the coffee is kinda okay and the table in the room is kinda remarkable
GGuest UserThis hotel is absolutly amazing. I felt like home away from home. It was my second time at Glee and I will be back very soon! The number one stay in Nairobi.
GGuest UserOverall this hotel was good. The breakfast food spread was amazing and the A-la-cart items you could order at dinner were very fancy and delicious.
The staff was friendly and kind (but they often seemed overwhelmed with work). There was a huge walking path in the back of the lot. The grounds were beautiful. The hotel was clean. The gym was small; it included a rack of dumbbells, two or three treadmills, an elliptical machine, and one yoga mat. The water jug in the gym was empty.
We wouldn’t stay here again because there are really nice hotels nearby for 1/3 of the cost. Maybe the food variety wouldn’t be as good as Eka, or less beautiful grounds, but Eka was not worth the extra cost. We stayed two nights and the entire time couldn’t see where the $125 a night value was coming from.
Sadly, the other Nairobi hotel ratings on Trip are lower, like 3.5. An example hotel is Maison Royale. But if you’re looking for a good hotel just a bit less fancy, go somewhere else.
TTulsianiMy stay at Sheraton Nairobi Hurlingham was great. Distance to the airport was a big factor in choosing this location. Both restaurants in this hotel were amazing. I personally recommend the Chicken Swahili dish at Pablos.
A special mention to a staff from the hotel, Wilson. He was extremely kind and professional and made our stay a memorable one.
WWensenteBVery good as a transition hotel, the staff is very polite and friendly, the food in the restaurant can also be very affordable, I am the plane waiter in the early morning and also knock on the door outside for fear that I will miss the plane, very good I would like to rate a 5 star❤️
