Nice location. Nice Big Rooms. Room service is a bit delayed always. They shall have a little more options for vegetarian breakfast.
One thing that’s really disturbing to see in a hotel like this, even if you are waiting for your checkin at the hotel and you ask for water, they charge for it.

The room is tidy, the breakfast is rich, the front desk and service staff are very nice, and there is a Chinese restaurant on the sixth floor that provides several dinners. No security issues encountered

Lotos Inn & Suites is a good hotel that is value for money. We stayed one night and it's value for money in Nairobi. Good Staff. Good Basic clean Accommodation. We have stayed there a few times for one night stays. It is close to good shopping centers and good places to eat out.

We stayed here before and after our safari, it is a fantastic place. The staff at the front desk are so helpful and pleasant. The view from our room across the park was lovely and nice to have a balcony. Very easy walking to the shopping center and the Museum and we felt very safe. There is 24-hour security on the main gate. The room is amazing, very clean so spacious and great bathroom. The whole hotel was quiet. We would not hesitate in staying here again if visiting Nairobi. We ate breakfast in the restaurant upstairs, it had a very good selection of food. The Chinese restaurant upstairs is a bonus as the food is delicious and the staff were wonderful.
