The room was super big and very comfortable.
The waiter service was very good. We had trouble taking a taxi when we went to the airport. Denis was very supportive and helped us communicate with the bolt driver and guide the car to the hotel entrance. It was a very reassuring service.
The hotel is also very close to the Nairobi National Museum, a 10-minute walk. There are not many people on the road (maybe because the locals go to church on Sunday), and I am not afraid to walk on the road.

I‘ve been to different highend Apartment in Nairobi, this here is my favourite. The skyline…Its clean, friendly stuff especially at the Rezeption/ at the Security ( Charles/ felix/Paula) They always brought my visitors to me… my visitors felt safe … thank you so much. All in all i say … good job…and thank you for making me feel at home. I‘ll definately be back… Regards, Irene

Wow, what an amazing stay! My family and I had the best time here. The apartments are so spacious and beautifully designed, it really feels like they’ve thought of everything. And those floor-to-ceiling windows? The views are absolutely unreal, easily the best we’ve ever had. Everything was spotless, and the staff were just fantastic. A huge thank you to Anthony, Alfred, and Florence for being so warm and helpful. They really made our stay special. Some of the rooms on the upper floors can get a bit warm during the day because of all the sun, but luckily there’s AC, and it works perfectly. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better way to start the year. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere amazing to stay

We had an amazing time. The rooms were fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and consistent in providing top-notch service. All you had to do was ask. A special shoutout to Alfred, Antony, Florence, and Loise for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Overall, a lovely experience, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

Broadwalk was wonderful!!!!! They provided a driver, Peter, to pick us up from the airport and drop us back and he was friendly and efficient and on time. My family and I stayed in a 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom apartment on the 11th floor which was huge and clean. The pictures on the website did not do it justice. We felt right at home. The appliances were modern. There was no dishwasher but there was a washer and dryer all-in-one machine. The residence is attached to the Broadwalk mall which has many amenities such as a supermarket, pharmacy, nail and hair salon, food court and play area for the children, to name a few. The staff is very friendly and we had the apartment cleaned every day except Sundays. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again!!!!

It’s very modern and comfortable, the breakfast is very nice and the room is very spacious, I would come here again. The staff were very nice and they had lots of activities to do within the hotel and the mall, Overall I had an fabulous experience, I recommend broadwalk residency.

This is the best place I have stayed did not expect this type of standard of service and high class accomodation in Kenya would recommend you book this for any type of visit in Kenya if I could give 10* I would do that, extreme clean, friendly service
