The room was super big and very comfortable.
The waiter service was very good. We had trouble taking a taxi when we went to the airport. Denis was very supportive and helped us communicate with the bolt driver and guide the car to the hotel entrance. It was a very reassuring service.
The hotel is also very close to the Nairobi National Museum, a 10-minute walk. There are not many people on the road (maybe because the locals go to church on Sunday), and I am not afraid to walk on the road.

The Broadwalk location is perfect and close to all Nice places. Staff was very friendly and helpful indeed & Clear. I recommend reception Team (Paula) great Suggestion and Took good care of us. Peter For Airport pick up was on time and I am planning to come back due to the excellent service at Broadwalk Residency. Kudos!

The microwave broke down at night. We requested for someone to repair it but it took over 30 mins for someone to finally come over . He was unable to fix it. We requested for another one for the night as I have a baby and needed a microwave only to be told that a replacment was unavailable for the night. They did bring a microwave and I was told to use it but I could not keep it for the night, they took it back. Very very poor service to customers, very disapponted by this.

Excellent stay, best staff ever, friendly and fast to react to any situations, made a good use of the gym and the sauna within the facilities. Place is quiet and great for resting, it is fairily central, great views of the city. I was on the 14th floor and enjoyed my stay a lot.

The service to the room was great. Anything asked was done right away. Not even to the security. They made sure we were well protected. The receptionists Denis, Anthony, and Sam were extremely friendly and helpful to us. I truly recommend this place and will for sure be coming back

Amazing place to stay. Wonderful friendly staff and always helpful. Lovely heated swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Although, no breakfast but plenty of Resturant’s downstairs and a big supermarket. Very central, easy to access and used Uber all the time. Friendly and helpful Reception dear and a shout out to Samuel for sorting out our transaction in a timely manner.

We were there for a very short stay, but found a very clean place, a great appartement and very friendly people. Also the breakfast was excellent and even with our very late arrival we could still get a drink at the bar. We would definitely stay there again.
