I will book this hotel every time I'm going to be visiting Nairobi and also the hotel is very safe for your valuable staffs. there's a safe at the room but your other bigger stafs like laptobs are also safe Thanks, Ann and Others that work mostly at night. The overall accommodation experience in Africa is indeed a bit sour 😜. JW is definitely cost-effective in Africa! Although Africa is not short of old luxury hotels (the prices are also eye-popping 🤐). But JW can definitely be called a new star in high-end hotels in Africa. The hotel building is a Gemini glass curtain wall with a modern architectural style. It is also a new landmark in Nairobi now (and we can proudly say that this hotel was built by our Chinese company)! ! ! 😁😁😁 The decoration and hardware maintain JW's consistent high standards and high taste, while also incorporating African style. The gifts with African characteristics in the handicraft sales area are also sold at a conscience price. We had amazing experience here! Even though there were some problems with the room at first, but the staffs were extraordinary to help us out. Evans, Peter, James and Violet especially I want to thank you guys. 😗 The facility was awesome, clean and even new. The bar and pool ahhhh I really don't want to leave. Even the car service was very safe and comfy. Absolutely recommend this hotel for all. Thank you guys! I stayed in this hotel for 10 nights on 07 March 2024. The room were very clean I even left a tip for the room cleaner for the first time in my life. Really, Everything was lovely, breakfast, food on rooftop restaurant and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definately I will be coming back. Happy customer, Kate😃

The hotel is near Nairobi Airport. The hotel offers free pick-up and drop-off. When we arrived, we just happened to catch the Miss World Kenya pageant. The dinner was buffet and the breakfast was OK. It is far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is a toll road into the city without traffic jams. It is opposite the national park and is convenient for watching animals.
