This hotel is not a real park but is better than a park. It has a large area and green grass. It can enjoy a variety of wild attractions while enjoying the enjoyment of the city. The most praiseworthy is that there is a large pool of different depths connected to each other, and a water slide that runs down the rockery. It is not boring for children to play in the afternoon. Another surprise is that there are five restaurants in the hotel, covering Chinese, Japanese, Italian and other international cuisines. The price of the hotel is breakfast-included (although Ctrip's order is marked with no breakfast), the breakfast is very rich, and after eating the western food for so many days, the chicken soup is especially delicious.

Anthony, a trainee at the concierge, was super friendly and helpful. Super professionalism made my stay rewarding. The breakfast was very good but the room wifi was very weak and cannot be connected. Location is great and restaurant Kilimanjaro, riverside shuttle station are within walking distance.

There are no luggage trolleys, which make it very difficult to take luggage up to your apartment. The concierges are very helpful and the security personal are polite and helpful too. Our apartment was very nice. Clean, bright and comfortable. The views arw amazing,ing from the balcony. We were very disappointed as our main reason for choosing Sky Nest was their facilities. Their pool has been out of commission for over a week, and we never recieved any solid information as to when it would be repaired. We could not make full use of the gym either. Their tread mills are not running smoothly, they are jerky and dangerous. The convenience shop on the ground floor is extremely useful. They sell everyday basics from water, soap, shampoo, condiments, wines and spirits and more. The restaurant, Slate, is okay. We did mot enjoy our dishes. The staff are very professional, courteous and friendly. The management truly needs to be on top of everything, to make sure that everything is in top working condition. It has been very disappointing in that respect.

The breakfast buffet had an excellent array of choices and everything on offer was enjoyable. The staff was helpful and courteous. The security process and security doors and card access only areas seemed a bit over the top but we did indeed feel secure. We enjoyed a delicious Christmas Eve dinner on the top floor of the hotel. It was a memorable experience. My only complaint is that though I had the air conditioning on and temperature set to cool the room a bit, the unit was running during our two day stay and never cooled the room or reached the temperature chosen. Also the in room phone did not work. I did request a maintenance person come to check on both f these issues and no one ever came. The bed was very comfortable and the modern style of the room was nice.

I used it on a solo trip.
We arrived at Kenya's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport just after 7:30 pm, and although it was already past the hotel check-in time, we were able to get in.
I was scheduled to be picked up by the safari tour at 7am the next morning, so it was a really short stay, but the staff kindly explained everything to me even though I didn't know anything, and I was very worried about safety. However, the driver also took me to a nearby ATM.
Breakfast is buffet style and the cook will make an omelet for you.
Everything was delicious.
The room was simple, but the facilities were very clean and I wanted to relax a little more!
I would definitely like to use it again if I have the opportunity. I'm really thankful to you.

The staff at Four Points are Hurlingham are fantastic. They are excellent at customer service - which is what makes my stays memorable. The dedication and care that I receive every time I stay will keep me coming back. Every day as I leave for and return from work, I am greeted by the reception staff, housekeeping staff, security staff and welcomed with a smile by Pablo’s restaurant staff (Faith is exceptionally pleasant). The quality of food is top notch thanks to Chef Howard and his team (including but not limited to Chef Dominic, Beryl, Clarice and Chef Danstand). For my most recent trip, I made a request to have my dietary needs accommodated and everything I asked for was done with such professionalism and kindness that I feel truly cared for. One tip for those who have not been to Nairobi before, be prepared to be requested to comply to the security checks on entry into the hotel. It may seem burdensome however, it is necessary due to the historical context of Kenya. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who asks me for places to stay on business in Nairobi.

On the day I arrived - they seemed to have been facing electrical problems for past week. So lifts, doors, and electricity in rooms were not working properly. It appeared to have been resolved on the day I left.
I booked because of closeness to airport and train station. They offer complimentary pick up and drop off. They were very nice to offer a late checkout until I left for the airport.
Has a big gym, a nice pool and pretty good breakfast. Be aware that there is literally nothing around the hotel - so you can’t really go for a walk or just go grab something to eat.

GGuest User1. @ Somerset hotel every thing is perfect from the entrance the security guards are so perfect and welcome. Before checking the car, they first greet and seek the permission to proceed with their duty and explains why and what their about to do 2. @ the second security check before getting to the reception, they go extra to give the best experience 3. @ the reception, it is another world, you might think they are just setting expectations that they will never sustain in your duration at the hotel 4 restaurant and room service, they are super good and you keep getting people checking on you in case they see moving around to know if you might need anything 6 breakfast amezing 7. Gym top notch 8. All international new channel and free Netflix I mean those are the few I have experienced as I was only here for a week but it is the best from all other countries I have gone including my home country. LLUYUWithout the service awareness of the five-star hotel, I clearly stated that the room set for the second night was higher than the first night, and the money cost hundreds of dollars, not to say that the two rooms are the same. Since the same, why are the two room types and two price points? I won't choose this brand next time, it's too bad.

GGuest UserUlwazi is one of those places you never want to leave. The hospitality is top-notch and everyone there is accommodating and kind from Simon and Alice to Eric. I enjoyed my stay here and was absolutely impressed with how they handle the Covid-19 protocol. I would recommend the place to anyone on a business trip to Nairobi or just a staycation.

It’s like we are first customer that has ever checked in. Lots of confusion. My ac did not work. I had to call 3 times to reception before someone turned up. They said the ac does not work here. Did not bother to check anything because it seem normal for the ac not to work. I told him it’s very hot in this room and I can’t sleep. Also ac is basic especially if you are calling yourself a 5 star hotel. He shrugged and said I can get you a fan. Got very little sleep and I think they don’t service the ac to save on electricity. It’s a poor attitude from the management especially for a “5 Star” hotel. It’s more like a 3 star. Better places to go for the same price. Will not return.

GGuest UserRealmente solo fueron 5 horas de estancia, entre que el vuelo a Nairobi llegó de madrugada con algo de retraso y esa mañana tenía un vuelo a Samburu. El traslado desde el aeropuerto lo concerté con el propio hotel por no complicarme en exceso y me costó 25$. De noche y sin tráfico, como 20 minutos para llegar o quizás algo menos. El hotel se supone que es de 5*, aunque entiendo que será por los servicios que tenga, porque realmente alguna estrella me pareció que se le había caído o quizás me pareció algo anticuado. Tiene bastantes habitaciones. La habitación que yo había reservado a través de Central de Reservas era una individual superior con desayuno incluido, por 80€. Era bastante amplia, con moqueta, aire acondicionado, mesa de escritorio, un sillón, TV de pantalla plana, botella de agua gratuita, conjunto para preparar café y té, caja de seguridad, minibar, armario grande, clavijas eléctricas para conectores europeos. El cuarto de baño, también amplio, tenía ducha y bañera, champú, gel, pañuelos de papel, secador de pelo, etc... Respecto al desayuno, era de 6 a 10:30, de tipo buffet, aunque los camareros iban sirviendo lo que se pedía. Me pareció flojo para un hotel de esa categoría, aunque quizás al ir justo cuando abrió no estaba todavía completo. También había wifi gratuita en el hotel. En resumen, el hotel bien aunque apenas si pude aprovecharlo un poco en condiciones.

They do everything you would like you'd ask. ASAP! Thanks to all staff working there from the guards to chefs to the receptionist. Especially receptionist Ann and others who are working at night. I will book this hotel every time I'm going to be visiting Nairobi and also the hotel is very safe for your valuable staffs. there's a safe at the room but your other bigger stafs like laptobs are also safe Thanks, Ann and Others that work mostly at night. You guys made my vacation unforgettable.
