It’s a nice and convenient hotel in Batam. There are many eateries and amenities around. The staffs are very friendly and polite. The breakfast has many varieties of food too. Good 👍🏻

It's a good location, a lot of restaurants and food market to eat nearby and walking distance to Nagoya shopping mall. Staff are friendly, and the hotel breakfast is excellent. We will definitely come back another time.

I had a very satisfying stay at Aston Nagoya. The service was excellent, especially their willingness to prepare a takeaway breakfast for my early departure. I'll definitely recommend them to my friends and colleagues

I had a great stay and good night sleep , good location with many eateries, massage centre and spa , money changer, walking distance to Nagoya hill mall and the breakfast is widely spread although the western selection is limited, they provide basic amenities such as slippers, toothbrush , shampoo and soap , water bottle and hairdryer, also has deposit box even small fridge, good value for money if you are on budget, I will definitely comeback and book again in the next visit and will recommend this hotel .

All of the staff were very welcoming to us. Location is great and easy to get around, with many food places around the area. Google home is used in the room, and convenient for our use. But got mosquito in the room sometimes.
