Bedsheet & towel dirty , no provide hairdryer & fridges….. acoustic sound traveling other room…. can heard cleaner spoken at 8AM+ everyday…. Thanks

Didn't get to travel as family member was in hospital. Booked 2 rooms but they only cancelled one with 1 night penalty. Refused to cancel my second room even after submitting hospital memo. Never understood the logic from someone who works in the hotel industry

The Check-in Time very Slow and very Late,the breakfast is very bad it feed back from my fren. We do the booking afew room earlier and it's under one person name but why can't we get all the room at same Level . We hv to split the level it's make difficult for us to communicate. They should know that the Booking is for afew room under one person why can't they reserved all the room at the same Level. This not a 1st time but it's always be like that.

Good location, close proximity to nagoya mall..service to be improved..no safe locker and no fridge in the standard room..
