Second stay at this hotel after 5 years. Hotel still in good condition. Staff was very nice and always smiling. Breakfast spread was okay. Will come back again.

A great place to relax with nearby shopping malls and plenty of food to choose from. However, checking in wasn't a nice experience this time as the one serving me was not friendly.

Next to A2 food court and BCS.Few minutes walk to Grand Batam Mall.Opposite of hotel have soany message parlours.Buffet breakfast is great.Highly recommended .Thank you Batam.

One word: Excellent. From their staff service, room cleanliness, location and even the breakfast provided.
We were greeted with friendly smile from the staff from the moment we reached till we checked out of the hotel. Process was fast and they’re helpful with our enquiries. Room was clean, it was a comfortable stay through the nights. We were provided with high floors with sceneries surrounding the hotel. Location wise is very convenient as everywhere else is easily accessible. And breakfast is awesome as there was a variety of choices to pick. Totally recommended to stay if you’re visiting Batam! 💯
