Worst service I have ever experienced. Recently I have stayed in this property from 8th Dec to 09th Dec. I have booked a standard room while checking in they have willing allocated me a handicap room. When I asked the manager about this he started defending his team by telling that the staff is new they are still learning and she is not aware of it. After this all none of them came to us to ask whether the room has to be changed or not no one even bothered of it. While checking out duty manager came to ask whether everything was comfortable or not he knows that they have allocated me a handicap room he didn’t even bother to ask sorry. On 8th I have asked room service person to get me a menu I was unable to scan the QR code one of the service person came again asked me to scan the qr when I told him I’m unable to scan I asked him to help me he said even he don’t know how to do that. Because of this we went to have our lunch outside. When we came back to hotel in the evening none of them were bothered to ask about room change. When we asked for wine glasses they have sent us whiskey glasses when I told the guy that we have asked for whiskey glasses he started defending and told me that no sir you requested for whiskey glasses so I bought them. Again when I asked for a menu they told me they will get back to me but no one did. After many calls one of the service staff responded and took order. This is the worst hotel have ever stayed. No one came to assist us with our luggage we have to take it ***** with even there are many things. Worst service ever if you’re looking for a better service look of other hotels instead of booking this worst property. This people will make you fools once you enter the property
