I recently stayed at the Heritage Inn, Mysore and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. This gem of a hotel won me over with its understated comfort and charm. The friendly and attentive staff made me feel at home- their genuine warmth was refreshing. The room itself was spacious and clean and it provided me with all the comfort and amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The food served in the hotel’s rooftop restaurant was delicious. The menu was not extravagant but the quality and taste was excellent. My visit was not for tourism, but the hotel is located very close to Mysore’s major tourist attractions and access to public transport. Overall, I highly recommend the Heritage Inn, Mysore for travellers seeking a comfortable place to stay and at an unbelievably friendly budget. It’s the little things that make all the difference! Thank you, Mr Harsha, Mr Peter and the entire team for a comfortable visit!

Many friends around Mysore must live in Mysore, and it is also the first choice. I also chose this one for self-driving tours. The epidemic did not affect the enjoyment of the Indian people. The service, food, and cost-effectiveness are all very good. A little episode, first I saw dust and plastic bottles under the bed at night. After the complaint, it was handled well. The next cleaning work was paid more attention. After living for three days, I originally planned to change to another house. I went there. The room was small. Then the lobby is more like a fast hotel, and finally I returned to raddisson. The overall experience is still very good. The restaurant is also delicious. Singapore shrimp recommended. If you don’t eat out, the hotel can solve it. There is also tomato beef pasta that children love , During the stay, there are so many people😭

Budget hotel within 2 kms from the Palace and other attractions such as the zoo. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Offers decent South Indian buffet breakfast. Some areas of improvement: 1. Needs some regular maintenance activity (the TV in our room was not working, the door lock was extremely cumbersome to open) 2. It’s a sports theme hotel, so it would be nice if they added some element of decor related to sports and may be some indoor games, instead of having just sport stars murals in the rooms and minimal football club logos in display in the lobbies.

Excellent stay all is good ………………………………………………………………………………………………………. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. While the amenities, including the swimming pool, are generally appreciated, Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

This hotel is lovely, you really feel you are in Mysuru. Relaxed elegance with huge rooms and welcome outdoor balconies. Restaurant is very good for evenings especially. Breakfast is a little uninspiring, that’s the only downside. Bindiya at Breakfast was very helpful, friendly and professional. Thank you.

The experience is ookay for what I have paid, it costed around 1800/- for me for 2 night stay in make my trip. Rooms are neat and clean, washroom is also clean. But some of the things they provided like electric kettle, hair dryer, and hot water facility didn't work, may be there is a way but i didn't ask the staff as i dont require them much. Room service for food is available. Staff were polite and helpful. Hotel is near to palace. And from my experience, it is safe for female solo travellers.

Hotel entrance roads are in bad conditions but noticed it that all but few had similar conditions.
Located well within places of interest like Mysore Palace and Jagmohan Art Palace.
Rooms were large and spacious though.
Aircon not working at times too.
Bathrooms can be better with piping modifications to provide hot water rather than mix with pails.
Overall a good place to sleep but not much to hang around.

Stayed with my wife and kid (10-year old). The pros first: 1. Bed is good 2. Its a new establishment, so its clean. 3. Decent pricing, so slightly light on the pocket. 4. Has open parking next to its place, which is separate (NOTE: at night, lot of vehicles get parked, one in front of another, so - if by chance you have an emergency, this could be a challenge and this 'pro' can become a big 'con' for you) 5. Nice TV which has youtube as well (google TV) Cons: 1. Deluxe room, which I booked via *********** is not for 2 adults and a kid - this is very specific for 2 adults only 2. Extra bed is bad. 3. Bathroom shower knob was tough to operate (room number 502). If you are travelling as 03 members, ideally pick up suites, a family of 04 can pick up a 1 bedroom apartment, and there is an option to get even a 02 bedroom apartment. So we will try this again sometime, but not sure. There are so many hotels in Mysuru to continue trying :-)

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located close to Nexus Mall, making shopping and dining options easily accessible. The hotel also offers a covered basement parking facility that can accommodate 20+ cars, which is great for those traveling by car. The staff here were incredibly friendly and courteous, always ready to assist with a smile. The in-house restaurant is vegetarian but provides a decent range of options for dining. While the complimentary breakfast was satisfactory, it would have been better with a few additional varieties, especially eggs. The usual offerings were idli, onion sambar, vada, pongal/dosa/poha/rava, chutney, kesari, ***** with tea and coffee. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with 24-hour hot water availability, which is a nice touch. GGuest UserOne of the best hotels i have ever stayed in mysuru. The rooms are very clean and spacious, perfect for two persons. Staffs are very well behaved and always ready for any kind of support. Food and drinks at the bar was also fine.

The room was really spacious and clean. I felt the presence of an exhaust in the bathroom can really be of great help. The location was also nice. Mysore Palace was also pretty near. Food and all were really good. However one major issue we faced was parking of two wheeler. They usually allow only four wheeler to be parked near their entrance and they made the two wheelers to be parked at their basement and the basement was very smelly. The main lift was not present at the basement and the service lift would take you through their kitchen. Would have appreciated if they allowed two wheeler parking near their entrance ***** with the four wheelers.

I have been travelling from last 20 yrs all over India but this was the worst experience I had, we were 10 people including a kid with 4 rooms booked and reached around 2330 hrs and to utter dismay found AC for two rooms not working, The night shift manager didn't do anything and was like ”do whatever you want I can't do anything, I cannot call any technician”. We came to know from the waiters that those ac's were already not working but they allotted it to us. We had to use extra beds in two rooms and adjust. On top of it these people didn't refund any amount to the travel advisor from where we booked the rooms. They informed us that the GM also didn't help. Putrid, horrible service,never opt for this hotel untill you are in dire need. The Only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast.
