There are more than 300 in Toyoko Japan, many near the rail transit station. This price also includes breakfast. The price is super high. I have lived many times. This time I lived in the Shangyue Miaogao Station store, and it was the first time I drove there. Ctrip indicated that there was a hotel parking lot for free parking, but there was actually a mistake. The front desk asked to park the car in the social parking lot (1,000 yen a day). This time I stayed for five days and it was 5,000 yen 😂😂😂.

- background The hotel representative did mistake to charge ¥1300 yen less (not fulfill coupon requirement) when I checked in: “another manager officially acknowledged their mistake.” Action: - calling to my room! - posting memo to come to the front desk right away!! - taking about one hour at the front desk to solve the issue even in the evening !!! Question and problem - why not ask me to correct the difference in the checkout? (Seems their awful business rule) - no understanding customer’s time and how to solve issues with the customer (my hourly wage should be more than ¥1300 but even their due to their mistake) Summary and action: Although the representative accepted their mistake (coupon applied-just ¥1300), they spent about 1hour to solve an issue and keep awfully asking me to come the front desk during the stay. Why not ask when I checked out? Definitely it might be related to their unacceptable business system. It seems that the hotel employees are not understanding what the hotel business is and the concept of hospitality especially solving issues of customers Unlike their competitors like APA and Dormy-in, it is such a poor service and not well maintained hotel itself. I am not using anymore my stays chains and not recommend at all. I am also exploring any action to payback my time from their service. In the bottom line, hopefully the Covid-19 will impact on this kind of business to remind not even omotenashi, but just basic hotel customer’s very basic right.

My family of 5 stayed here for one night. First, when I arrived at the inn, I was warmly welcomed. I was shown to my room, and when I told her I would like to know when the private bath was available, she said she would call the room to confirm. However, no matter how long I waited, the phone did not come, so I gave up and took a bath in the regular public bath. Even though I had planned to reserve a private bath for Ji****ba's room when I made the reservation, there was no confirmation at the time of reception at the beginning, and when I asked about it in the evening, I was told that there were no more free times. It was very disappointing. The meal was very filling, and the salt-grilled sea bream was the best. It was a dish with a ratio of about 8:2 between mountain and sea food. The chestnut rice came out first and I was so full that I regretted not eating the last sukiyaki, so I regretted not eating the rice while I was eating. Thank you for the meal. However, let me say one thing: I was a little surprised that the dinner menu for elementary school students was a children's lunch. Fried shrimp, fried chicken, hamburger, miso soup, and rice. The price is quite reasonable for elementary school students, so I thought that a menu with fewer items would be more of a treat for adults. The hot spring water was very hot as it was summer. It was so hot that I couldn't stay in it, but the quality of the spring water was so good that my skin became smooth. It looks like winter will be a little warmer. It was quiet and comfortable at night. When I checked out, I was told that the Niigata Discount would be applied, but I was not given enough explanation that I would have to cancel all the online payments I had made and pay on-site, so I canceled my online reservation. I was suddenly told that I would like to process the payment and repay it in cash, but since I usually use cards and electronic money, I happened to have cash on hand this time, but since the amount was the amount, I wondered if it would be enough. I was so excited. I tried to pay by card on the spot, but was told that only MasterCard could be used. Please be careful if you want to pay by card. Overall, I was satisfied with the inn, but there were a lot of things that were noticeable, and I was particularly not happy with the final checkout, so I gave it 3 stars.

I was able to use it for sightseeing in Joetsu city. The facilities are the main building and the annex. First of all, the main building. Because the making is firm, the room was just right, and the voice and sound of the person walking in the corridor were not so concerned. Change, annex. The construction is temporary housing. Maybe the time zone for the guests to act is a little worried because the door and wall are thin. Then, when you walk in front of the room, a little vibration is rust. However, there was no person in the time zone to sleep, so I didn't care at all. The equipped cups and towels seem to have a difference compared to the main building. But there is no problem at all. Finally, take a bath. Because it is a hot spring, it is not comparable to the hotel. Natural hot springs after all. It is a sauna, salt and ordinary, and you can enjoy it. Salt sauna is always salted, so you can enjoy it without buying it for this day. The hot water in front of the gate is the best. I would definitely recommend it. Next time I want to soak in the hot spring again in the main building ~ ('ω') ノ

It is about 2km from Naoetsu station and a 30-minute walk.
It stands out because it is the tallest building in the area.
Located by the river, the embankment is convenient for a walk.
The guest rooms are built in a typical business hotel, but the stiff beds are different from other business hotels and route-in.
There is a large communal bath, a coin laundry, a restaurant, and a vending machine. Breakfast is a general buffet.
If you walk 500 meters, you will find a convenience store and restaurants.
You can watch BS broadcasting and WOWOW.
The employees were polite.

We used it for 8,000 yen per night using the prefectural campaign. Myoko's own coupon is given 2,000 yen per person and is real 6,000 yen. The facilities are renovated, but they are quite clean. The children's play room is also large and seems to be good for children. The library space was fashionable, and the wellness of the lime resort was realized. The rooms are very relaxing and the building is quite good. The quality of the hot spring was also good with the flat area of the pond. Shampoos are also good quality and are neat. The meal was delicious and the main style was available for dinner, but there are many volumes and it seems to be a bit painful for older people. It is a nice hotel even if it is deducted. This time, there is no complaint because it is 6000 yen for two meals per night. However, if it is usually sold at 15,000 yen 〜, there is a little high feeling. It seems that it will repeat if it can be easily used by the family at about 10,000 yen. You can recommend it as a myoko area.

We stayed at this hotel for five nights, skiing, looking at the village where Nozawa Hot Springs is located, and I heard that place was highly rated. The hotel is located in the remote village, about 500 meters from Shin-yu double chair ropeway, take the ropeway to Hirage Gondola( There are ski schools, information desks, coffee houses, etc. The ropeway is free, but if you want to ski, you have to buy tickets at the top. You can't ski back to the base of the ropeway and you have to sit back on the ropeway. The walk to the ropeway was more plodding but short and no one in our group felt difficult, we were wearing ski boots and carrying snowboards. We were taken to our room upon arrival at the hotel, The waitress made tea and poured it on us, she was very hospitable. The hotel room was very clean. Our room had two Western beds and a tatami area with Japanese mattress. The waitress put down the mattress for us every night, Then put it away when we have breakfast. The room has a refrigerator, minibar, hot water bottle and green tea, a snack or cake every day, air conditioning, alarm clock, flat screen TV (all Japanese stations), good shower and pool. But we mainly took a shower in the hotel's hot springs, first in the purification area and then sitting in the hot spring pool for a few minutes. This was relaxing after a day of skiing. The hot springs were large and basically you enjoyed the hot springs after dinner. Breakfast was Japanese, with some western stuff, bacon, sausage and excellent, including grilled fish, salad and steamed broccoli with good Japanese salad dressing, all sorts of vegetables and pickles, rice, flavor, dumplings, porridge, etc. Also the best croissants and good coffee. Breakfast was included in the room rate. Unfortunately we didn't try dinner at the restaurant because communication went wrong. Dinner was expensive, 500 yuan per person, and served Japanese cuisine with fixed dishes. No one in this hotel has good English, our Japanese is limited so we have some small things like recommending restaurants for dinner, how to use an electric kettle, whether there is a shuttle bus from hotel to ski resort (no, indeed), the hotel lobby and the village behind the wheeled jar bird Stories, etc., are in trouble. Like many Japanese hotels and restaurants, smoking is a problem, and especially in cold weather. There is also a computer in the stairwell with high-speed Internet connection (free), but no wireless network and no Internet connection with the computer you bring. The village is great. There must be many small restaurants to try, both cheap and some high-end. Most have English menus and the owner has enough English to handle a la carte, but it is hard to deal with special requests or problems (e.g. whether eggs are hot or cold). Pork ramen is always a safe choice, tasty and cheap. There are 13 hot springs (indoor hot springs, pools for men and women) in the village and they are all free (you can donate some money in the box). We didn't try the hot springs because they were always overcrowded when we went and the hotel had its own hot springs.

Perfect
GGuest UserI had a fantastic stay at Alto Piano. The owner and his mum provided exceptional service and cooked a 4 course western meal for me every night. The food was delicious. Owner also dropped me
YyeoGreat stay at a Japanese bed and breakfast style accomodation. Owners are an elderly Japanese couple who speaks average English but we get by. Free transport to and fro ski slopes even though they are a 1.2 km walk away from Akakura Onsen main street. Owner was also kind enough to drive us to the train station for our rest day from snowboard. Breakfast was great! Room had attached toilets and were super clean. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Will stay here again next time I come to Myoko Kogen
AAnonymous UserHotel has good heating so perfect for winter stay. Nice fireplace area and nice holding area before stepping out into the cold. The hotel is down a hill from the main thoroughfare. A bit slippery downhill when it becomes icy. Run like a hotel so maybe a bit cold compared to a bed and breakfast. Onsen bath seems a bit dirty with things floating in there compared to other hotels we stayed at. We needed to move to another hotel which is 2km away and the guy offered to drive us there for 2000 yen! Just 1 luggage each and no skis. So on the whole just cold. Breakfast was 1000 yen seemed simple so we skipped and opted to eat in town instead. Probably won't stay there again.
YYeungA real friendly hotel with stunning view. Excellent services with nice and friendly staff to help around. I will definitely recommend to others if they are going to travel here. highly recommend to all kinds of travellers who enjoy good services and good mountain view. Simply in love with it very much. enjoy and thanks.
GGuest UserI found a discount coupon in Myoko City, so I booked a stay there. At check-in, another person received a coupon worth 2000 yen. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't use it inside the hotel. The hotel staff told me which stores I could use, and I went shopping. Since it was probably after the autumn leaves and before the ski season, I think the coupons were available. However, although there was sleet when we arrived, it started to snow heavily in the evening. Well, I left the hotel room up to me this time, but it was a spacious Japanese-Western style room that had been beautifully renovated. The sofa in the room was also big. The wash area and toilet are unit baths. There is no safe. I started by taking a bath in the indoor bath on the first floor. The water was quite hot (probably around 42 degrees), but it was pleasantly hot. It is a free and transparent hot spring. The washroom area is stocked with toiletries and other toiletries. Maybe it was because the water was hot, but after a bath I had apple cheeks for the first time in a while. The next morning, I went to the open-air bath on the third floor. There are two washing areas, but the open-air bath is large. The open-air bath is a semi-open-air bath with the entire surface open. In the morning, there was a blanket of snow. Dinner was at a separate beer garden. It's only a few minutes by shuttle bus. Breakfast was a buffet at the hotel restaurant. The content of Viking is normal. There were no local products like this. Maybe it's because some of the staff are Vietnamese (?), but we also had Vietnamese pho and banh mi. For rice, there was tororo and barley rice, as well as sea bream rice with chazuke. The snowy scenery from the restaurant and the sea of clouds were very beautiful. It was a reasonable hotel, and I was able to experience a beer garden buffet dinner, and it was a great experience with the scenery for the first time this winter, a nice hot spring, and a clean, spacious room.
