A lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The air conditioning was the coldest we've had in Europe, and the bed and pillows were just right for an incredible night's sleep. In fact, we extended our stay because we just weren't ready to leave. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful; the hotel will definitely be our home away from home when we return to Munich.

Super convenient location. Right at Munich central station. Even the room was not that spacious but it was suitable for 3 people. I would recommend to take Lufthansa Express bus to and from airport. The bus will park right in front of the hotel.

The hotel is located in the centre of the city, and is located in the centre of the city. The latter, however, can also reach walking. I left the car in the underground parking, free and very comfortable. The room was very clean, modern (small for 3 people but not for 2) and suitable for the comfort levels of this kind of hotel, but NOT for the swelled price that all the reception facilities in Monaco have during this period of the year. the same room would cost € 289 in a month ... Breakfast, instead, would not be suitable in both cases. Very scarce. Personal parque de sorrises. Surely I would come back, during the party. Hello.

I stayed here on a business trip and was pleasently surprised. Considering price levels in Munich are generally quite high, Leto follows a different path offering competitive rates during non-Oktoberfest times. The hotel is quite new and offers small but clean rooms equipped with basic furniture. It is sufficient if you just look for a room to sleep in before next morning‘s Meeting and considering the price it is quite an attractive choice. Although it does not offer many services and no inhouse breakfast (instead you get a voucher for the bakery next door) the staff is very friendly and helpful at all times! The hotel is just around the corner of one of Munich‘s most well known shopping centers and to public transportation options esp. subway and bus stations are in walking distance. So if you need to visit customers in the northern part of Munich for one or two days you can‘t go wrong with Leto. In contrast, if you intend to explore Munich as a tourist or need to stay longer I would suggest a different hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the A&O Laim and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! This charming hotel exceeded my expectations in every possible way, making my trip to Munich truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was delighted to find my room to be clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The modern decor and cozy ambiance instantly put me at ease, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast buffet offered by the hotel. With a wide variety of options ranging from fresh fruits and pastries to hearty eggs and breads, there was something to satisfy every palate. The dining area was spacious and well-maintained, and the attentive staff ensured that I had everything I needed to start my day on a high note. Lastly, I cannot praise the staff enough for their exceptional service. They were always available to provide helpful recommendations, whether it was suggesting local restaurants or providing directions to nearby attractions. Their genuine warmth and willingness to go the extra mile truly made me feel like a valued guest.

The hotel is located very close to the city center by car, with convenient transportation, and there are supermarkets such as dm next to it, making life convenient. The room was reasonably used for space, the bed was very comfortable, and the hotel front desk could let us store our luggage all day, thank you very much.

great staff, very friendly, multilingual! Very clean, I loved the breakfast, fresh fruit, tasty eggs, a lot of different bread. I loved as well the laundry room where I could clean my cloth. I warmly recommend the hotel Bento-Inn Munich. Best price, great rooms, very nice persons within the hotel staff, Recommendable for friends, families and business trips.

The rooms are advertised as apart-hotel rooms for longer stays, but they are small and they mostly just traded a proper size wardrobe for a space for a kitchen sink and a microwave. The website says ”Kitchenette” but you can't really cook anything... Also, no dish soap or sponge is provided, and you have to grab plates and cutleries yourself from the restaurant area downstairs. This could easily be fixed. Also the website says there is a desk but there really isn't. What you get is a small coffee table with a low seat. Impossible to seat and expect to work comfortably on it. No laundry service or washing machines available in the hotel either. The receptionist pointed me to the mall to clean my clothes, which is very far if you don't have a car. They should at least have a partnership with external laundry service and organize pickups... Other than that, the staff was super friendly and professional. Nice hotel design, clean and good breakfast too. So I would recommend the place only for short stays.

I stay at Stay2Munich every time I go for business trip to Munich. Room is equipped with small kitchen, which is useful, especially for longer accomodation. Bed is very comfortable, room is quiet and dark. Staff is always smiling and very friendly. For breakfast, you can choose from wide range of food. There are many shops and grocery stores next to hotel, as well bus connection directly next to hotel. In case of having a car, there is big parking lot in hotel basement or outside as well. On top of that, sauna, small gym and restaurant are available in the hotel!

L'hôtel est aisément accessible, un peu en dehors de la vieille ville, donc un parking aisé. Les chambres sont propres fonctionnelles et la literie est assez correcte. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans le restaurant Grec attenant, il est complet, sans exagérations. La climatisation est silencieuse et heureusement car la ventilation de la salle de bain est infernale. Elle tourne en permanence et est bruyante a tel point que l’on a du enlever la carte de commande de l’électricité de la chambre pour la stopper. La salle de bain présente des problèmes d’ergonomie, dérouleur de papier mal placé donc on s’y cogne, la vitre de la douche trop courte donc on mouille partout… L'espace entre la télévision et le lit est insuffisant, on se cogne donc également contre la télé. Le petit déjeuner se fait dans le restaurant Grec attenant, et les ‘bacs bain marie ne tenaient pas » les œufs ont fait le grand plongeon mais ils n’en mettent pas d’autres… Aux vues de tout cela c’est trop chère pour ce qui est proposé.
