"Simple hotel very close to the train station. The room was clean and the mattress was great.
The water pressure in the shower could be better.
Unfortunately the street is not that great and there are a lot of strange characters at night.
The room was not air-conditioned, but you can stay here for 1 or 2 nights without any worries.
The breakfast was phenomenal for the money"
"I helped a friend over his flight fear by bringing him to Rossheads... in Munich we stayed in the night because I had a early flight back... and Rossheads are still 3 hours driving by the train under Munich. The hotel is more than excellent, although they were overbooked, they have been able to arrange 2 beautiful rooms. Surely it is worth the effort to come back here and recommend this hotel to others "
"The hotel is very good, the facade is small, the lobby is small, but the authentic German hotel flavor is felt, the breakfast is very authentic, the things are more, the taste is authentic, such as blueberries, ham, freshly squeezed orange juice, etc., I am still missing this hotel now. Good with the old convention, I will stay here again next time I go to Munich."

"The room is a little small, and it's a bit difficult to open the luggage, but the facilities are OK. Safe, small refrigerator. The breakfast is very OK, delicious and with a wide variety.
Very close to the train station, go straight for 5 minutes to reach the train station elevator, the hotel location is also conspicuous:"
"The hotel is very new and convenient, but because the doorstep is the business district plus tram stop, it is noisy and you should choose carefully. We brought the child to the hotel and was told that the room booked on Ctrip could not accommodate an extra bed, but it cost twice the price to change to an extra bed room. . ."
"This hotel can have breakfast and it is very good. The transportation is very convenient. You can reach the commercial street. Go out for five minutes is a street such as Gucci and other luxury brands. It takes ten minutes to walk. The Royal Beer House is where you eat crispy elbows."
"The staff is very friendly. The boss ( shadow) is very nice.....serve you welcome drinks and waffle. He bought us extra pillows and manage the breakfast buffet as well. The breakfast spread is good. The bread is warm. Location is best as it take only 3 min walk to the main train station and the old town for shopping. They have free coffee machine at the reception.
Credit goes to : Alessio , Efram and Alex ( the boss)"
"Everything is perfect. It is an old hotel, but it is very well managed, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, clean rooms, and the location is also very good.
It was a hotel that I did not regret spending money on.
I only stayed for one night because I was transiting, but this is a hotel I would definitely come back to next time I travel to Germany."
"A characteristic family hotel, the operator is Chinese, very good for Chinese who can't speak a foreign language. The room is old, but still clean. The toilet is small and very clean. The shower needs to be paid attention to. If it is useless for a while, it takes a long time for the water to heat up, but the water is a bit hot after it is hot. The heating belongs to the general level of German families, about 20 degrees, not warm but enough. It is recommended to drive by car, Munich and the surrounding area are still convenient to drive. There is a refrigerator and microwave at the front desk, a public kettle on the first floor, and wifi is fast. There is no elevator, legs and feet are inconvenient, you need to pay attention, the restaurant is in the basement. Breakfast is not rich but there are some, basically meet the needs."

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, very close to Maria Square. The hotel feels quite old, and the facilities are barely passable at this level. It is embarrassing that there are no toothbrushes and soap in the room
GGuest UserCheck in was a breeze. There was carpark that you could pay 10euros for unlimited in and out for a day. That’s super cheap and easy for parking in Europe. Deffo a plus.
Room is a wee bit small for families but it’s still perfect in terms of cleanliness. Also it is still pretty new. Bathroom was good too. They’ve managed to packed in a washer dryer that worked without a problem and that was exactly what I wanted.
Tv is a little basic without built in Netflix and Chromecast wouldn’t work. So it’s only German channels or YouTube.
Overall i am fussy traveller and would totally return or recommend this place

GGuest UserThere is a construction site near the one side of the hotel, we were frightened by the entire room being trembling like there is an earthquake at 7 am in the morning. We talked to the hotel and they offered a quiet and nice room for us, since then we had a very pleasant stay here.
If you’re traveling by train from Munich, I’d strongly recommend this place without any questions.

白白色的玉石Hear me out: this hotel has THE BEST - meaning most professional - service I have ever encountered in any hotel - and I say it from my experience from staying at 4-5 stars hotels as a general rule.
Regarding service:
- ALWAYS replying to every email (unfortunately letters sometimes land in a spam folder, a little flaw)
- 24/7 there’s always someone at the reception ready to assist (mind it’s not a branded hotel, but a family-owned business), making sure that there aren’t any unsolved problems or unsatisfied needs
- all website-provided informations are up to date
- there’s a shuttle bus from a train station for guests (till 5pm)
- staff is perfectly trained and experienced. There’s never any personal attitude, just a smile and clear communication. Of course speaking well English.
- Bonus: I arrived quite before check-in hours and checked out a bit late too; didn’t have to say a word and no word was said (or called). Even got an advise how to efficiently manage my luggage for my next trip.
Location: a bit far from train & metro stations.
Amenities: a very big swimming pool! And a sauna, and a gym. Downside is that those amenities are in a neighbouring building, so if you’re still wearing your swimming suit, you need to walk on a pedestrian path for two minutes like this. It feels weird. But there are lockets, showers and fresh towels too, if you prefer to change your clothes first.
Concluding: best combination of price, location, fun, and quality.

And the decoration is more Morden, I feel young friends will like it! The front desk attendant, the younger sister and the younger brother are very enthusiastic.

GGuest User10 mins walk to the nearest station. There are very little restaurants/supermarket around the hotel, literally just Mac’Donald you can eat.
There was no pot for boiling water in room, you need to get it by asking the reception.
Anyway, the room was big, clean and decorated well. It should be better if you are travelling with your own car for choosing this hotel.

GGuest UserThe environment is super good. There is a small forest outside the window, and there is sunset. The location is also convenient. It is a two-minute walk from the subway. A bottle of atmospheric mineral water was also given. It is also romantic to drink alone. This is the most satisfactory hotel on this trip❤️

AAnonymous UserGood location There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It is a ten-minute walk from the train station; the train station is surrounded by Turkish Street, so people may be miscellaneous.
The hotel is also very clean, but there is no hot water bottle, and then the air conditioning in the room has no heating function (the radiator is also bad) and fortunately it is not too cold at the end of April.
The room is soundproof, but the surrounding environment and the guests in the nearby room are quite quiet.
Breakfast is a normal European buffet. Although the type is simple, it is quite satisfactory.
Overall OK, cost-effective
