Booked for a trade fair visit at the Hotel Mercure. 2 nights in a double room with FS for almost 150 euros was a very good price! We arrived from Austria around noon on Friday. There was parking just around the corner. The lady at the reception and her trainee tried very hard, but despite the booking confirmation including the right number, it took a good 10 minutes until we got our room cards. Top (3rd) floor, penultimate room. No problem, we want to complete 6000 steps every day! On the ground floor there is a bistro machine, cosmetics, souvenirs, information displays, etc. There are 2 elevators - only 1 is running. No idea why. The question becomes striking when waiting 10 minutes to go to the 3rd floor. It was very cold in the corridor. This is currently the case everywhere and is probably due to the idea of saving energy, but it is very unpleasant. Nice room, with a wardrobe including coat hooks (also not in every hotel anymore!), safe (become rare), a shower with a glass partition, hair dryer, magnifying mirror, facial tissues, soap, shower gel and shampoo dispensers. The bathroom was so small that when you sat on the toilet you couldn't open the door, but is that what you want?? Desk, armchair, flat screen TV, window that can be opened, a comfortable bed (not very wide) with good bedding. Kettle with coffee and tea facilities. Everything clean, but not completely clean. Dust bunnies behind the armchair on the lamp stand (seen by accident because I had dropped something). Very quiet, unless the other guests tramp loudly bawling down the aisle. Went away again in the evening and didn't come back until after midnight, but still easily got a parking space. Slept very well! Breakfast: Very nice area, tables set cleanly, coffee machine for different types, different types of tea, juices, water, cold UHT milk, large glasses and cups available!, rolls, grain rolls, croissants, sweet pastries, raisin bread, pretzels; jams, honey and Nutella; butter and cream cheese; Cereals, sausage, cheese, white sausage, small sausages, scrambled eggs, bacon, 7 min. eggs, pancakes, vegetables, yoghurt, fruit, fruit salad. My husband drinks cocoa for breakfast. It's always a problem in hotels just to get warm milk. The one from the machine doesn't taste good. When asked if we could get warm milk, they said the machine was broken - the stove? He then drank cold milk, but wasn't happy. Salt and pepper mills on the tables, as well as sugar and sweetener. Empties were deposited very promptly. Unfortunately there is nothing for the garbage on the tables. On Saturday it was really ok. The quality is sosolala. The sliced cheese tasted chemically. The pig was cut about 3mm thick. Personally, I don't need salami for breakfast. The water tasted treated, but we come from the foot of the Schneeberg in Austria and our water tastes fresh and natural - we're spoiled! The Nutella was full of little white balls. I've had that before in a glass, it's probably secreted fat. It tasted totally ok, but it has no place on a buffet. You can use that for Nutella Palats*****s, or for the workforce. Fruit selection was very nice, apples, bananas, sliced kiwis and passion fruit, sliced oranges, canned tangerines, fruit salad with apples and melons. On Sunday it was different: You could have smashed slices with the pretzel rolls. The pancakes were partly ”crispy”, but the bacon was soggy. The scrambled eggs were brought later, but it was totally slimy. Unfortunately, there were no pretzels with the white sausages. Everything can go out, but in times like these when you can have everything frozen, it's not necessary. What can children and my husband drink? Unfortunately, warm cocoa made from milk is not! It's a shame - that and the loss of quality on Sunday.

This is a hotel with obvious shortcomings and advantages. First of all, there are two main shortcomings: First, the location is biased, and the road is close; the location will take more time on the road to the city center, the room on the road is very noisy. Second, the facilities are too poor, the location of several sockets is very strange, the stool is still broken, the room gives a very bad feeling. The advantage is that the hotel's breakfast is quite rich, bread, pastries, ham, sausage, fruit... There are 5 kinds of light juice, which is considered as intentional.

Easy access to the subway, staff was incredibly friendly, parking was a bit difficult to spot from the outside but was easy to access once we got the instructions (probably should indicate on the website so customers do not have to get out of their car and go inside to ask), rooms are smaller than you think but nothing to complain about. Really chill and chic hotel. Only a couple of mins to get to the city center. Prime location!

Hotel and rooms are new and beautifully furnished. The beds and kitchens were very comfortable. Good location near the metro. Quick in the city centre (approximately 15 minutes). The room was quiet and breakfast was super.

I stayed here at Revo for 6 months. Here's what you should know. Pros: 1. Great place to start for someone who moved to Munich and is in search of a permanent place to live. 2. Grocery markets, u-bahn station very close by. 3. Amazing staff at the Bar. You must meet Alberto, an amazing bartender, and great host. Alessio at reception is the only good thing about the hotel reception. 4. Italian restaurant in the building, serves decent Italian food. 5. Nice work area available. 5. Rooms are of decent size, fitted with a kitchen and all necessary appliances. ( Worth the money I paid ( 50 Euro a day ), but the prices have gone up now, not sure if it's worth it now ) 6. Good spot near reception to sit and watch football on a big size screen. Cons: 1. Staff at reception is rude, self-centered, and unhelpful with any query you raise. Too loud at times, won't be easy to work in the work area. (On one occasion, one reception person, entered my room, without knocking ) 2. Don't expect anyone to help with anything. 3. In Germany, everything is sent to you via post, don't expect reception staff to receive it if there's one tiny mistake on the part of the sender or yourself. 4. Many of my posts were undelivered as reception refused to accept them as the sender forgot to correctly put my room number. Maybe it is a rule or something, decent thing to do would be to check the name and maybe call the guest. 5. Lousy internet in the room. 6. Except for a couple of news channels, all channels played will be in German. 7. There is a proper schedule set up for cleaning services, but it's up to the cleaning staff. Several times, they just marked my room cleaned on paper or just mentioned that I didn't allow them to enter when in actuality I would be in my office or not in the room. Overall, I would say, a nice place to stay with all amenities, if they could only improve how the people working at Revo, behave with guests staying at Revo. But again, there are people like Alberto, Alessio, and other staff in the restaurant, who are just amazing at what they do, good to talk to, and helpful.

It is not easy in a city like Monaco to stay in a hotel as comfortable as logistics as well as as location, on the holidays of Pasquale (from Saturday to Tuesday included and then Pasqua and Pasqua ...) and pay in 3 io, My wife and our 6-year-old son a marriage the ”misery” of € 235.66 breakfast excluded: this in Monaco in Bavaria is pure magic! I'm from the industry dealing with tourism reception and something I should understand, Of course, the goodness of the score is not only related to the low cost but combined with the rest makes it a precious jewel if you are in the area: the Neuperlach South is of unprecedented tranquility and comfort, Hotel near the Sbahn stop crucial to visit all Monaco, parking facilities everywhere near the facility, very gentle and discreet staff, small but efficient and silent room, cleaning of maniac environments, sweet pizza at the restaurant, biergarten in the rear space, comfortable bathroom and then the joy of our son in the room and finding the chocolate rabbit and the caramels on the bed are details that have really made us feel For us who frequently go because my wife was born in this city and has transmitted love to both me and our son for Monaco, the Perlach Allee by Blatti will be the absolute reference for all the Our visits... FANTASTICO!!!
