My daughter had booked for me for 9 days, when I arrived I entered the room and was surprised by the very small size not to mention the bathroom with a children's sink. despite everything, being in a hurry for an appointment, I postponed it. I left my suitcase without unpacking it and left. When I returned in the evening I lifted the duvet, which they normally leave folded at the foot of the bed, and I found the first surprise, ***** hair on the sheet, blood stains and animals walking on the bed (they were not mosquitoes). Unbreathable air, a it smells like vomiting sewer. I went down to reception but no one answered me even though I had knocked several times. Obviously I didn't even think about getting on the bed and I didn't even touch the towels. The next morning I asked the person at the reception to come and see the rubbish I had found in the room and I told him that I was leaving and wouldn't stay a minute longer and I didn't intend to change rooms also considering a sort of dermatitis that I had came out on the face. Not speaking German, I told the owner that my daughter would come by to settle the financial issue. Well this person justified himself by saying that since it was summer it was normal to find "moschitos" and refused to refund the remaining 8 days. After a discussion he refunded only 5 of the 8 days, unfairly withholding the amount equivalent to the 3.

It is listed as 3*. But unfortunately (for us) it is not like that, and we will make it known in all the media, booking, social networks, etc. I have been to better maintained jungle hotels than this one. The walls and ceilings have not been painted for centuries. Spiders of all sizes wear T.I. Do you see the air conditioning on the roof? Well no!!! there is no air... no fan, nothing, open the door and let the air run. Do you see the latch on the door? Well, no, you can't lock it either, just with the slip... the furniture, table, toilet, etc... are chipped (photos) and your clothes get caught, etc. THEY HAVE NOT CLEANED THE ROOM FOR US (we have 3 rooms for 2 nights...) When we ask for explanations as to why the rooms have not been cleaned... tomorrow if we ask those in the morning... we ask for towels even if it is. .. to shower... well, neither... we have to assemble the chicken (which I don't like but if we have to do it, it's done) after 20 minutes of languages here and there... they give us clean towels so we can shower. Surely I lack details to say... the lady who attended us is of a certain age and very friendly... until 9:30 p.m., which is when she turns... Anyway... if you decide to stay in this hotel ( pension) LUCK...

could i give no star at all as our stay ******! We planned a short trip to Munich with the whole family and this hotel appealed to us directly. The good connection to public transport is positive - that's it. When we arrived, the reception was still consistently positive and friendly. We accepted the fact that breakfast cost €12 per person per night (instead of €9), as everything is getting more expensive at the moment anyway. That the super narrow underground car park cost €9 per day - well, you are in Munich. We moved into our room and everything was fine there. Got up in the morning and had no water in the bathroom… after 15min. open water tap, we could at least do a cat wash. After that we are hungry for breakfast (at 12€ you expect something!) and at half past eight there was NOTHING left. An unmotivated employee who couldn't walk with her pumps, but she didn't care that all the tables hadn't been cleared, the coffee was empty, there were no rolls or sausages and all the guests were dissatisfied. She ignored everything coolly. In the evening we were assured: "Tomorrow it will be better - that was an exception due to a lack of staff. OK, we wanted to go to our room and had to find out: rooms weren't cleaned (2 out of 4 rooms). So we complained again at the reception. Comment: "That has NEVER happened before!" Our second day started with the fact that the elevator was broken. Great if you live on the 3rd floor with a baby and pram. So we went back to reception and complained, then the comment: "We can't call the building services at this time" (aside: it was 8:30 a.m.!!!) During the rest of our stay, the elevator wasn't repaired, that is 2 days with kith and kin always walking 3 floors. Thank you! The terrace was mostly occupied by staff who were smoking, including drinking coffee or beer. Not very inviting. Then we went into the lounge, where we were kicked out at 10 p.m. because it was locked. All in all absolutely not recommended. They didn't even apologize, let alone give a discount. We will definitely NEVER stay in this hotel again!

orrendo ho pernottato due notti pagando 60€ a notte + 24 € di colazione quindi 12 al giorno per la colazione dove mi aspettavo una super colazione e invece ringrazio il lidl di fronte altrimenti non avrei potuto mangiare dato che alle 7.40 di mattina non c’era nemmeno un cornetto solo salsicce salame eccc la stanza era sporca ho dovuto cambiare gli asciugamani perché erano macchiati di sangue in più sono entrati due persone mentre ero a dormire in stanza ok il prezzo basso ma questo non vuol dire che non ci deve essere pulizia eccc
