Great location and access to public transport. The room had nice window views, a comfy bed, and a fan. Unfortunately, we lost power for a full day with no communication from the host or any compensation. Additionally the shower had a really bad water leakage problem and would flood the room.

It’s comfortable and clean, location is also good with groceries and coffee shop. But I didn’t receive the check-in email so I can’t get in my room. And I try to find a reception but there’s no reception, I tried to call them but nobody answered, I tried email but they replied slowly. Finally I call the emergency number then I can check in. It’s a good place but not a very nice check in experience.

The hotel is good for 3-4 days in Munich. The room is simple but very clean and modern. The hotel is not in the center but very accessible by transport. The arrival is a bit complicated, the reception hours are very short and the hotel does not answer emails, but by sending a WhatsApp message, we had the answer immediately. Good value for money overall

The room was cleaned daily, coffee capsules for the coffee machine were refilled daily, all in all very clean.
