large room, clean and good location. now i went there several times already but something changed it seems because that being said, service is not at all a 4* for this rate range check in is taking time, check out even more, and money is the only thing important. i decided to go for the breakfast in the morning, but it was not in my room rate. i had given a deposit but while i was eating they came and asked me to pay and stop my breakfast(1st time i see this in a hotel!). then after my breakfast during the check out they asked me if i paid! afraid i would run away without paying?. additionally the way they speak to me / customer around me was very agressive. i will not go back

Hotel was clean and new, service from front desk (Julia) was a great as she went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met

Room is spacious.. like the apartment like set up. Super useful to have washer n dryer for clothes. Do bring ur own laundry pod and seasoning if you wanna cook. Water pressure n temperature in room is great as well. Only setback is the pillow is on the soft side but you can request for harder pillow

Good hotel

I was charged about 20,000 yen as a deposit. The check-in counter was slow because there was only one person there, and it was hard to find. Right next to it was a bar with a DJ. They didn't change my bath towels. (There was a washing machine in the room.)

Good location in the Werksviertel, right next to the Ostbahnhof (but still quiet). Nice, clean rooms and quick and competent check-in. Would happily come back!

It's super good. The room type has been upgraded. It's equivalent to a mountain view room. It's very big on the corner and you can see a 270-degree view. You can see the Alps in the distance. Facilities: Apartment hotel, simple cooking, coffee machine, there is a supermarket downstairs Hygiene: very clean Service: There is an overnight garage underground. It is very convenient to drive there. However, velet parking is a bit expensive. It costs 35 euros a night.

The hotel is in an excellent location, only taking about 10 minutes to walk to the train station and subway station. The hotel is located above the 14th floor, and you can overlook the city. The scenery is very beautiful. Stayed for four days, but only got a bottle of sparkling water on the first day. It is worth mentioning that there are air conditioners and hot water boilers. These are not facilities that every hotel can provide. Because it is an apartment, it feels very comfortable, spacious, bright and comfortable. There is also a washing machine to wash clothes, and laundry detergent is provided very thoughtfully. However, the hotel's breakfast is very expensive, costing 28 euros, and the parking fee is also extremely expensive, costing 32 euros a day, so be careful when traveling by car. The room is clean, spacious and bright, with a nice view. There is a dishwasher, washer and dryer in the room, and there is a gym, swimming pool, and sauna in the hotel. The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the subway station, there are many snack bars and supermarkets downstairs

Nice hotel, very nice bar with nice view. Hygiene could be better, swimming pool was dirty and stains on the window and bathroom
