Big hotel. Parking cost 19 euros. The room is cozy. The breakfast area is busy in the morning.

Staff is really helpful, the locations is only good for travel to BMW Museum and Allianz Arena only, no any shop / restaurant nearby. The Wifi is not good enough, need to connect every time even down to the lobby. The Gym room is not good enough.

Excellent location and great apartment! We will definitely stay there again!” Things I like The location is perfect, close to shops and restaurants. The hotel is very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The parking and security is excellent . The Host was great and responded quickly and efficiently to any questions or queries we had.

The restaurant staff were racist and rude. extremely arrogant which was very funny when the customers are paying for the service. Because of the restaurant staff, I nearly came to hate my trip and regret coming to this country. I would recommend other hotels, really not worth spoiling your stay in Germany over some racist people. All in all, don’t book this one, Asians are treated very poorly.

Very bad experience. I booked a comfortable triple room, which clearly stated a double bed and a sofa bed on the platform. When I arrived at the hotel, the room I was given did not have a sofa bed, but a chair. The front desk said that I was alone so they would not give me a room with a sofa bed, and argued that the chair in the room was for the third person to lie down. The room facilities are very new. There is even a wireless fast charger on the bedside table, which is a little surprise! The overall hygiene is also very satisfactory. I want to write a longer review for this hotel. Overall, it's a cesspool. Except for the grand lobby, the rooms are similar to Home Inn. And the hotel is full of foreigners from the front desk to the cleaners. My family arrived at the hotel before 6 pm that day. There were three or four groups of people waiting to go through the formalities at the front desk. There was only one staff member, a man with glasses of Indian or Pakistani descent. Later, a black man came out. The service attitude of these two guys was very bad. There was no smile on their faces. They made things difficult for my order, saying that although my order was for a triple room, there were only two names on the reservation, so they could only give me a standard room. I said that the other person was a child, and I paid for a triple room, but they just refused to recognize it and made things difficult. After Ctrip intervened, they gave me a room with a sofa bed. It took two hours. But the room I was given smelled of formaldehyde and was next to a main road. The next morning I went to the front desk to ask for a room change. The front desk was an Asian woman who was also very indifferent and said that the room was fully booked.
