Moosach Exit D turn right. Walk 1 minute to hotel. staff is ok.Check out is easy.

convience to go around..........................................

I understand the room s in ze it’s small, but cozy. 

But I’ve met the worse reception I’ve ever experienced. He didn’t tell us his name and with poor attitude, and being sarcastic to challenge where we are from with it’s unacceptable.

very convenient. near the train station. less than 15 min to Munich main station.

A motel with average facilities and decent sanitary conditions

酒店雖在郊外，但交通很方便，這個是酒店的優勢。但房間很小很小，兩人入住太擠了。另外酒店也沒有早餐。總體來説性價不高。

Although the hotel is in the suburbs, the transportation is very convenient. This is the advantage of the hotel. But the room is very small, too crowded for two people. In addition, the hotel does not have breakfast. Generally speaking, the price is not high.

Prima hotel. Hotel zelf beperkte faciliteiten, maar letterlijk twee meter verder een heerlijke bakkerij om vers te ontbijten.
Openbaar vervoer letterlijk voor de deur. Tram, metro en trein.
Indien je wilt parkeren, prima faciliteiten onder hotel.
Prettig en behulpzaam personeel.
Aan te raden voor een net en betaalbaar verblijf in München

Great hotel. The hotel itself has limited facilities, but literally two meters away there is a delicious bakery for a fresh breakfast.
Public transport literally on your doorstep. Tram, metro and train.
If you want to park, excellent facilities under the hotel.
Pleasant and helpful staff.
Recommended for a clean and affordable stay in Munich

This hotel is next to an S station, very close to an underground station, and has a tram station outside. Despite this it is very quiet at night. Several nearby place offer dining options and it seems like a residential neighborhood to me. Front desk staff was helpful and spoke english. Breakfast is available and good but pricey, a bakery is next door and another further down the block. Rooms are small with no chairs, a sliding  door serves either the toilet or bath, but only one at a time. The bath fan is underpowered and did virtually nothing to keep the mirror cleared. The bed was comfortable.  Very good access to the airport via S-bahn, very good access to Hauptbanhof via U-bahn.  This is clearly a place to sleep and cleanup, but not somewhere to hang around with friends. If you're a busy tourist it will meet your needs but it's a bit far from Marienplatz and the main tourist areas though not too far from Nymphenburg Palace.

Early on Saturday morning we booked a room here for Sunday night. We were advised there would be no one at the reception until 4:00 p.m. We arrived on time, finding a note on their locked door saying that reception is at 5:00. We waited until then, but still no one home. We then called their number and a recorded message stated that we were calling outside of their service hours. We waited longer; still no one home. Called again. Same recorded message. We had nothing better to do than to search for another hotel (fortunately there was one nearby with a vacancy). Later that night, around 9 p.m., we received a message from B&B with an access code and welcoming us to their hotel. What kind of service is this?
