Nothing works. Ac broken down, safe box broken down, fridge broken down. Good transportation

Nice infrastructure and location, just a 2 min walk away from a metro station that brings you directly into the center. Service of staff is improvable (mistake in check in, and delivered item could not found first). Cleaning the room has to be ordered at the reception, otherwise nobody cleans the room. This is not acceptable for a hotel in that price range !

Decent room size, 5 minutes away from metro station (U) and nice reception borrowed us a kettle + some markers for writing. Has air-conditioning and generally clean, except when i found a baby cockcroach in the room on the curtains.

The hotel room is nice and big specially the bathroom.

The room is clean and hygienic, very close to the U3 station, very convenient for traveling to various attractions with one-day tickets, and there are two supermarkets nearby for convenient shopping. Highly recommended!

Service: The front desk service attitude is OK, but the ability is poor. I booked a business twin room on trip more than two months in advance, and then confirmed the order with the hotel through email. But when checking in, I was told that there were no rooms. After more than 2 hours of communication, I finally checked into a temporary room. (I started checking in at 7:50 pm, and finally got a room at 22:10. The door lock of the temporary room was broken.) The waiter's attitude was OK, and the temporary room was also comfortable. When I checked out the next day, I refunded more than 20 euros. So, overall, our family gave the hotel a score of 4 (out of 5). Overall: The hotel is in a good location, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding environment is quiet. If you bring children, you can consider it.
