The location is great. It is near the central station with walkable distance. The room is a bit small for 4 people tho.

Sweet little hotel, friendly and helpful staff, decent breakfast and a nice communal area. My room was small but clean, comfortable and fulfilled all my needs. Only single duvets available throughout the hotel, and smart tv didn’t work, are the only small gripes.

Location is perfect. Lots of restaurants that open till late hours. Steps away from the hop on bus start point, if you are in Munchen for a short visit. Right next to the train station, local and international trains. Shopping area right across the road. Perfect for a short or long visit. Receptionists are what you look for, friendly and helpful. Very much recommend.

Great location just 5 minutes walk from main station. Also 5 minutes walk across the road to the square and church Very helpful and welcoming reception/staff Hand wash and shower gel were refilled bottles 👍🏽 I'd have liked a kettle in the room but otherwise, a great stay thank you 😊

The room is a little small but the hotel is Clean and very well located.

Booked breakfast as I saw the price of €9.90 on the app I assumed breakfast for two would cost €19.80. I only saw on the statement that €33 had been deducted from my account. Even though I was later told at reception that it was tax related, I find that quite misleading. I was told on the spot that it was bad luck and that I should report back by email. Unfortunately I have not received an answer to date. That's not good customer service.

My Swarovski limited-edition earphones were left under the hotel pillow and I forgot to take them away. When I went back to the hotel to look for them an hour later, I was told that I had nothing, and the room cleaners didn’t find them, so ****, If you find something, don't give it, 🌿🌿🌿

The location is great as it is only a short walk to Munich attractions. The condition of the room is also neat and good, but the shower booth is made of glass right next to the bed, so it was a bit difficult. There is no refrigerator in the room. And I stayed for 2 nights, but when I came in the first day, I was a little embarrassed because it wasn't cleaned. However, the bedding was comfortable and it was a good room for three friends.
