Positives: the staff are really fantastic, ultra helpful and friendly. Great neighbourhood, the hotel is very close to subway, supermarket, bakeries, restaurants, etc. The room was very clean, met all my needs even though it was small. Negatives: There is no elevator, lots of stairs up to the third floor (but the staff helped me carry my luggage up when I checked in, so that's a positive too). It can be a little tricky to locate, make sure you read the map the hotel will email to you before you arrive. The hotel is built above a car mechanic workshop, I was never woken by noise or anything but it's not a glamourous location if that's what you're after. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant stay. They're nice people. The hotel is basic, but good value, clean and friendly - what more can you ask for?

Arrived paying top dollar for a room which didn’t live up to the price. But! It was next door to Oktoberfest so was priced accordingly. The two euro beer in the fridge was a bargain. Room just fine. New. Like it. Parking for cars and motorbike off the main route, so safe and sound. I really could recommend it - spot on. Thank you.

Located conviniently around the corner of the U6 station "Goetherplatz", this hotel is a good starting point to explore the city. The hotel interior is very new, clean and welcoming. Just be aware that there is no elevator/lift, so be ready to cary everything up the stairs. Check-in was quick and easy and the person on staff was very friendly and welcoming. Considering the hot summer day she offered a ventilator that she brought to the room quickly. The room was small but served its purpose for a 1 night stay. There are a number of restaurants in the neighbourhood as well as a supermarket and convincience store.

Late check-in, arrived after 11pm. I received my key pod code earlier on the day. Grabbed my key and reached out my room expecting a standard basic 3 star room. When you are tired after a long trip and you find a solid bed, many power sockets to recharge all your devices and a cold beer in the frigo bar. Excellent price/quality. Bookmarked for my next trips to Munich.

We stayed at this hotel as a brief stopover in Munich. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The rooms were small, but clean and practical. Breakfast was excellent. We will definitely return another time.

Sehr freundliche, aufmerksame Begrüßung, Blitz, saubere Zimmer, Helles luftiges Badezimmer vollständig und bequem und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Zimmer, gutes Frühstück. Parkplatz am Haus aber auch zentral nah zur U-Bahn, sehr zu empfehlen

Ideal gelegen. 200 zur U-Bahn (2 Stationen zum Marienplatz) oder einen gemütlichen Spaziergang ins Zentrum. Absolut freundliches Personal. Sehr sauberes Hotel. Zimmer sind ausreichend groß für einen Städtetrip. Alles wirkt noch sehr neu. Preis-Leistung für München unschlagbar. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel kann man auch für wenige Euro reservieren.

Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer, Zimmer war sauber, durchdacht, Bad ist etwas klein, jedoch neu renoviert. Das Frühstück was sehr gut und es gibt auch Parkplätze direkt am Hotel. Etwas versteckt zu finden, man bekommt jedoch bei der Buchung eine Mail, in welcher die Anfahrt beschrieben wird.

Das Lizz Hotel ist wirklich ein schönes, kliens Hotel in guter Lage nähe dem Semdlinger Tor. Unser Zimmer war groß und modern eingerichtet. Auch das Bad war sehr gut und groß. Die Sauberkeit war absolut ohne Mängel. Der Check In verlief ohne Probleme und die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Auch der Check Out war problemlos und auch hier war eine sehr freundliche Dame zugange. Wir konnten unser Auto noch auf dem Hotelparkplatz stehen lassen, bis wir nachmittags nach Hause fuhren - toll! Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder besuchen. Absolut top Leistung zum fairen Preis!
