Very nice quiet hotel in the not busy part of town, the staff is very friendly and will make sure your stay is comfortable. There was some construction in the balcony but it didn't bother us at all, the Wi-Fi signal was very good and fast. Breakfast is promptly served, if you get there one minute after 9:30AM it's gone (7 euros extra). Free parking but there's very few spaces available, you'll end up parking on the street if coming back late, we did and it was very safe. Soft drink and munchies machine in the lobby, and there's a cute dog that greets you. No AC but opening the windows is good enough. Note: there's no laundry on-site so you have to go to one of them "wash saloons" (like in a Western movie) which are not that common, found one about 15 minutes away by car.

Pleasant hotel in the countryside. Simple but very clean with free underground parking. Simple, clean rooms with shower/toilet, flat screen TV and safe. Room with a view of a cemetery. Very quiet and we slept very well. Friendly staff, competent and courteous. Breakfast buffet was totally OK. As it is on the outskirts of Munich, it is just 10 minutes to the motorway. Directly in front of the hotel, bus number 56 takes you to the train station in 7 minutes and S-Bahn number 6 takes you to Marienplatz in 12 minutes.
