The location is perfect, accessible on foot and by tram from central station and the main square.Nice breakfast ,decent rooms , excellent staff .I would definitely recommend it to anyone who visits Munich either for business or pleasure!

I loved the convenient location ,close to tram stop and central train station.A variety of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants also minutes on foot. The staff from the reception to breakfast room excellent!My room had a problem with plumbing (no hot water one day)but it was dealt with during the day.Next time in Munich,will definitely stay there again!

Unfortunately, our flight home from Munich was cancelled due to extreme weather in Munich, and we had to find another hotel. We are so pleased that we moved to this hotel. Initially for two nights and eventually staying for five. The hotel was well placed for public transport, comfortable and the breakfast excellent. However, the hotel's best asset was the wonderful, helpful, and friendly staff.

If you are taking S-Banh metro from the MUC Airport, or long distance buses, this hotel is located south of the central station, about 10 mins' walk. Karlstor and the Old Town is just another 5 mins away. The hotel per se is not new, but it is clean and well maintained. Please note that it is NOT air-conditioned. It was okay during my stay, but it could be very unbearable a few days before my stay. The included breakfast is quite okay. Though the choices are limited but adequate and balanced.

Arrived Monday 29th May 2023. The room was fine and the bar of this hotel was good. The staff were friendly and the hotel was conveniently situated. The bed was too firm along with poor pillows. Overall it was ok.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The room was cleaned every day which was lovely to return to at the end of a busy day out. The stay we're welcoming and always friendly. The soccer world cup was on at the time and we watched the evening matches in the bar with some friendly service and good happy chat. I'd return here. I felt safe and welcomed.

Highly recommended, we have spent a week here, the room is very spacious, as is the bathroom, everything is clean and functional. There are no luxuries nor is it necessary because it is comfortable and the heating is great, there is a large balcony that will be great in summer. Breakfast is included in the price and is correct, as befits the level of the hotel. There is no safe or air conditioning. The staff is friendly and efficient. The hotel is very well connected, I would return without problem

Bathroom dirty, it stayed that way for two and a half days (dead insects, the pot hadn't been cleaned from the inside for ages, mirrors and tiles were dirty). Interior pretty rocked. Pretty loud on the street. Safe was broken, so we wanted to use the hotel safe: to do this, the lady at reception counted our money in front of other guests and noted the other valuables!!! WHERE'S SOMETHING??? Reason: You are personally liable!!! That should be unique in the world!!! Data protection? Dealing seriously with guests? None!!! When we picked up our valuables the next day, they kindly gave us those of other guests as well!!! Around €2000 in cash plus passes and tickets!!! (We kindly pointed out that these things do not belong to us...) Dealing with privacy, personal things and valuables in this way is an absolute cheek and incompetence cannot be surpassed. It doesn't get any worse!!!
