The hotel is located on the main street of Potsdamer Strasse. It is easy to find according to the navigation. The hotel has a parking garage, but the aisle is too narrow and the slope is very large, so you need to be very careful when driving. The aisle of the hotel is too narrow, the room area is small, and the hygiene is OK. The speed of reception and check-in is also OK.

The room is small but clean and tidy. The location is good. There are many supermarkets, shopping malls and restaurants around. It's very convenient for eating and shopping. It's also very close to the subway. It's very convenient to travel. It's a good choice for business trips.

Satisfactory hotel, quiet and clean. The transportation seems not very convenient! But it is quite close to the commercial district. But you have to walk a few steps. Very cost-effective hotel. The front desk is also very polite.

The location of the hotel plus its proximity to many sightseeing places are very good. It’s value for money - clean, basic and comfortable. Mattress was firm and not springy or saggy. When we checked it at approx 12.30pm, we were delighted to note that we could check in since there is a room just cleaned and available. The front desk, Hans Evangelical (if I spelt his name correctly), deserves a mention as he was very helpful throughout our stay of 4 nights. Danke! There was a night when the shower gel was not refilled but it was brought up to the room immediately - good service. The only thing that didn’t meet the expectation were the pillows which, in my opinion, seriously need to be replaced.

The most important thing is location. Customer service is helpful. There is kettle for tea, etc. I was happy with my time in this hotel.Will use the hotel again
