The hotel is well located for the markets. The hotel breakfast is lovely and excelelnt value.
The rooms however are not to the standard expected for the price. We had dried tissues on the bed linen and hairs in the bedding. We didn’t complain as we didn’t want to wait even longer for check in. Despite lots of guests leaving, we requested an early check in and was kept waiting after an extremely long flight for hours. For an Accor hotel and as a memeber, one of the worst experiences.

5 mins walk from Marienplatz station and is literally 1 min from Kaufinger shopping street. It’s in a side street hence it’s very quiet but still right in the heart of the city. Daily replenishment of free mini bar. Breakfast has a fair spread including fresh pressed orange juice machine. Small but cozy room.

Easily found after alighting at the Marienplatz station. There are stairs when entering the hotel and from the lift to some rooms so it can be a challenge for those with heavy luggage or have difficulty going up and down stairs. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was great. However, the toilet had some smell like something damp kept within an enclosed space. Location was great as you can easily walk to most attractions.

The hotel is located in the old town, next to Marienplatz, with an excellent location, good breakfast, 24-hour hot and cold beverage service, and complete room facilities, but I must complain about the front desk lady, the service was stiff, and I was accompanied by an underage child and was forced to open another room, otherwise I would not be allowed to stay! ! I have never encountered such a situation when traveling all over Germany during the holidays!

Second stay. Overall very satisfied. Because the flight was late, it was already early morning when we arrived at the hotel. The front desk guy checked us in very quickly. The location is the biggest advantage. There is an Asian restaurant right outside the door, and the food is good. A few steps away is the DM supermarket, and across the supermarket is the commercial street, with several shopping malls, the Bayern flagship store, the Läderach chocolate shop, etc., and then you will reach Marienplatz.
