My wife and I chose JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was nice of the hotel staff to treat us with a complimentary cake in the room on our arrival. Every hotel staff that we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was superb. We also enjoyed the food and service at Saffron, Lotus Cafe (especially the live music), and Dashanzi. The experience at Quan spa and Looks salon was pleasant. We liked the collection available at the Granth book store and the staff was very helpful with recommendations. We wanted to try out Bombay Baking Company, but did not get a chance this time. Overall, JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu is an engaging and classy hotel. We will be back here again for sure.

Location is right next to the beach. They are short of staff or they are not attentive. Key card was not working and everyday I ***** with others had to go and get it activated again. In room dining was expensive but tasty. Sofa was dirty, there were stains and rust in bathroom. I may or may not stay here again.

Please never book at least a daycation at this hotel. That was the only reason for our visit. To spend a relaxing day at a pool. Staff training extremely poor. Both check in and check out were extremely slow. The ”set meal” the restaurant ***agers got extremely rude about insisting that it was to be sent to only the room and can't be served at the restaurant after we were seated there. We don't prefer having meals in the room as it leaves a smell lingering for long. Finally after lots of arguments, the hot us a ”biryani” as the the ”set meal”. But it was really just a pot of coloured rice with watery boiled chicken added to the ”non veg” version and nothing at all in the ”veg version”. This is after waiting and arguing for over half an hour. And the seniors on the staff - the ***ager and probably the chief hostess glared at us throughout for insisting we didn't want to eat in the room. The standard room is large enough, well laid out and well maintained. The pool is also really nice, large enough and, clean...but totally abandoned. It's also somewhat cramped with gym equipment strewn around it. Staff there looked bewildered too because we turned up. Guess no one actually uses the pool except perhaps staff. We'd have gone back for the pool and rooms. But definitely won't with the gross untrained, impolite behavior of all staff.

I can't really complain. Located opposite the luxury Jw Marriott Mumbai Juhu. This is a no frills option for a much cheaper price! Staff are really friendly. So kind and sweet. Literally like family looking after me! Clean. Rooms are small and basic but they were fine for a hot shower and rest after a day sightseeing. Complimentary WIFI is provided, bottled water and some other basic amenities. I wanted to borrow an iron and they helped me with this. Laundry was done well. I didn't include breakfast so can't comment on this. The staff would always greet me, help me with transport and to cross the road each day. I was a solo female traveller and I felt very safe at this hotel. They looked after me and it was so touching. There are loads of eateries on your doorstep and Juhu Beach is less than a ten minute walk. Would recommend. Nice area. Pay less and stay here. Service is better than the 5-Star hotels opposite!

Beautiful ambience with all sorts of picturesque aesthetics including a banyan tree which stands at the center of the hotel .Rooms are clean and spacious with air conditioned providing all amenities like a small fridge, geyser, micro oven, TV ,free wifi etc. Prices are reasonable according to the affluence of Juhu's posh locality. I will recommend 'Hotel beach garden' a must visit place if you are looking for a short gateaway to Juhu. It is located opposite of Juhu Chawapatty .Also I would like to mention about the cordial and warm interaction from aged security guard hailing from Bihar. All in all when you're travelling all the way from different state you wont feel like as such due to their hospitality. They have very helpful service and cordial customer interaction(especially Mr. Zoheb). There was arrangements for Unlimited delicious buffet for complementary breakfast. I have enjoyed with my family staying here for 2 nights and 3 days.

We stayed at Mumbai House last month. Our stay was made comfortable by the front office staff who out of the way made a family room available inspite of our deluxe room booking. Room was really good and he also placed an extra bed in the room. Room and bathroom were clean. We ordered room service for which was to our liking. Not expensive but tasty. Our two days booking went very well with them. Thank you all
