Nice enough staff BUT do not book this hotel it's a scam. Please see the picture attached of the so-called 'beach view'. I paid the premium for a view and all I can see is dirty concrete barricades, road. The bar is nice and fronts the beach but you can't access the beach from it - you have to walk all the way around the block. The beach is filthy. Very inflexible booking arrangements. Room nowhere near as nice as pictured.

Good place to stay. Most weird access to the beach. You can only leave the hotel to access the beach, but you have to walk all the way around the beach to get back into the hotel. I suggest they have a simple resident only access (using the room key card) to get back into the hotel directly from the beach.

Would not stay again.
It is a clean but VERY compact building with a lot of staff
But lots of things go wrong even tho they have staff to fix things quickly it is annoying especially middle of night
My in-room safe needed 4 separate visits to fix it.
Extra $7AUD @ Hotel Sea Princess is a bargain!

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, I must say my experience was far from satisfactory. The first issue was the cleanliness; it was evident that the hotel has seen better days, but the level of upkeep was not up to standard. It was quite dirty in several areas, which made my stay uncomfortable.
Moreover, the noise level significantly impacted my experience. My room was located directly above the kitchen's ventilation system, which operated loudly around the clock. This constant noise made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep, severely affecting the overall quality of my stay.
In conclusion, the combination of poor cleanliness and the disruptive noise level was disappointing. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and considers making necessary improvements for future guests.

Nice little hotel...was here 12 years ago and i can see, feel the difference. Even the type of local clientele is different.
Hotels needs an upgrade espcially restuarant..i did not risk eating ..
The room was nice and comfortable. Nothing special but i would stay again. Reception was also good and quick, woke me as requsted. The owners just need to invest in the hotel and staff otherwise its going to be run down .

Had a great short stay at this hotel, located right on the heart of Juhu beach. You can go to the beach just by going down the stairs from the hotel. I used to stay here as a kid back in the 90’s, and I am impressed by the standard they’ve maintained for the hotel. Definitely staying here again!

I've stayed at the hotel for few nights, the only good thing about this hotel is a nice lobby and restaurant ( not breakfst though). Staff not very helpful, they provide dirty and smelly rooms full of bugs, dirty irons and damaged ironing boards, you can easily destroy your cloths...Never again...

Exceptionally clean hotel. Fantastic staff who not only care about their customers, but also the hotel they work for and take pride in the job they do. Extremely comfortable rooms, which are cleaned on a daily basis (unlike our first hotel - Hotel Atlantic, which was a complete dump). The terrace is a great place to chill in the evening with a bar snack and a drink and watch the hustle and bustle of Juhu Beach wind down for another day. Service is prompt, food delicious and, of equal importance, delivered with a smile. Can't recommend this place enough...
