From the panchal family, a big thanks to Perenia / Rashi / Mayank @ front desk, the wonderfully friendly night staff girl at the harbour bar and the super friendly & knowledgeable waiter from nagaland in the Indian restaurant. They made our stay effortless, memorable, and they showed they really do care. My mum had visited 50 years ago - I had no idea. No body said no, they just did their best to delight. Staff even come outside to say good bye. My parents loved being there, they still talk about it.

Unsurprisingly the No. 1 hotel in Mumbai with numerous reasons, from the tip-top service to the exquisite dining experience (breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar), from the high quality linens to the great architecture of the palace, this is the hotel that you must experience at least once in your lifetime. Bravo!

The hotel staff are very welcoming, and when they check-in, they will send sour plum soup, and they will always say hello every day. Compared with local service levels, it has become very international. Breakfast is also very good, especially compared to the local situation, it is really international. The location is also very good, walking distance to popular attractions such as the India Gate and Museum. It’s a good shopping spot everywhere, there’s a shopping street and a hand-made keychain (see video). However, many people's attractions and shopping spots are easy to eat tofu by Indians, so be very careful!

The hotel is in close proximity to attractions. The Taj Mahal is 5 minutes away, the Prince of Wales Museum (pictured) is 100-200 rupees by taxi or you can also walk. The rooms are bright, clean, beautiful. The service is perfect, the staff is very friendly. You can exchange money at the reception at a good rate, no need to look for an exchange office, the rate at the airport is lower.

This hotel has a perfect location for Wankhede matches, spotless rooms, courteous staff, and delicious food. It offers a comfortable stay with great amenities and prompt service. Highly recommended!

I will start this by saying this hotel is amazing and I think anyone visiting Mumbai should stay here. I’m a backpacker from USA & took me a while to find a good hotel in Mumbai, since it was my first time visiting this amazing city. Every hotel had bad reviews or highly expensive. So I decided to pick this one and hired a taxi service, (which you could do on this website.) The hotel is a drive down south from the airport in Colaba. The location is perfect. It’s down the street from the famous Taj Mahal hotel so how could it get any better. A short walk from all the touristy spots. It’s perfect. The hotel felt very safe. There’s security that watches over you and the rooms are on the second floor. There’s a front desk and everyone there is kind and helpful. The room is very clean, no bugs, no dust, good ac, little candies and a perfect shower. Perfect pressure, perfect hot water. They have tea, coffee and unlimited water bottles. The breakfast is the best part. Don’t skip out on it! They have a lot of options from Indian to western & everything is made with care and love. The breakfast might be the best part :) idk who the chef is but he/she did a wonderful job. Okay, so no more searching and stressing! Book this hotel, it’s a winner!

Good hospitality, breakfast provided can be improved, location wise safe and sound, and being close to Gateway, it's stands as a special attraction. Though the hotel is 50 years old, they maintained it properly, only thing is you will have to get used to old furniture and in room ambience.

The location is close to many tourist attractions and historical sites. An advantage is that there are many things to enjoy, including restaurants, nearby. Please take into consideration that the hotel facilities are old.

It is already the second time to stay, quiet in the middle of noisy, surrounded by slums! It is very convenient to eat, there is a very small hotel. It is also very close to the India Gate. It is a very good place to travel and the price is very good!
