The Fariyas is a very nice hotel. I’m basing this on four factors: the service was excellent and thoughtful; the food was great with a lot of variety; and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Also, depending on your plan, the hotel location is excellent and within walking distance to ***y important sites in the Colaba area including the UNESCO Victorian and Art Deco area (i.e., British Colonial Buildings). A note about the food. Although there were western and Indian options, I only ate Indian. The variety was great to me as were the flavor and quality. Be sure to order a masala dosa. One thing to note is that “excellent” doesn’t mean perfect. If this will be your first trip to Asia or India, you may find something that didn’t meet your expectations. For me it was an excellent, comfortable stay and I felt very well taken care of.

Very nice service and friendly staff. Breakfast was very lavish. Stay was very comfortable. Highly recommend for someone coming to stay in Mumbai. The sea view nearby is very beautiful. The staff Mr Balwinder and Ashutosh were very cooperative

The staff is amazing. They readily came to help us in accommodating us in setting up a triple room.They also were helpful in directing us yo the correct shoos and locations. Breakfast buffet and finner were excellent. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you yoStaff Mr Leyon, Ballinger,duty ***ager Ashtosh, Kamal, Sarvesh.

Everything was great including the reception, specially chetna and sachin , restaurant staff and portera. The hotel us located in a perfect spot for experiencing the best that Mumbai has to offer. We will return!

An ideal hotel for a short trip to Mumbai. In particular, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the location was perfect for Colaba, the breakfast had a wide choice, including an outdoor omelette station, and the room was clean and comfortable. Equivalent to a UK 4*. Only issue is the sunbathing area is limited.
