Otel işletmecisinin bırakın işletmeciliği insanşıktan nasibini almadığı,müşterinin sürekli otele bir zarar verecekmiş gibi takip edildiği,her durumda üslubun iticiliğiyle huzurunuzun kaçırıldığı bedava olsa kalınmayacak otel.7 kişi gittik masaların birleştirilmesi yasak olduğundan ailece kahvaltı yapamadık otelde. İlk kez kapatan bir insanın ağırlığını ve kapanış hızını tahmin edemeyeceği han kapısı gibi ağır sürgülü kapının bir kez yanlışlıkla hızlı kapatılması sonucu otel işletmecisi tarafından azarlandık,Çıkışta otelden check out yapmadan önce arabaya valiz yerleştirmek istedik sanki kaçıyormuşuz gibi arkamızdan koşarak gelindi. Otelden çıkış yaparken kendi medeniyetsizlikkerini sürekli karşı tarafa mal etmiş olacaklarki ekstra varsa ödemeden kaçacağımızı düşündüler. Otelden defolun ahlaksızlar diye bağırış çağırış içinde çıkardılar.Otel işletmecisi asabi ve aşağışayıcı tavırlarıyla asla huzur vermiyor. İlk gittiğimizde köpeğimiz yanımızdaydı 1 kg chihuahua almamalarına saygı gösterdik veterinere bırakıp geldik, köpeği çantanızda geri mi getirdiniz şeklinde itici bir karşılama yaptı. O dakika itibariyle ondan hınç alacağımıza dair bir tavırla tüm hareketlerimizi iğrenç bir bakışla takip etti. O kadar medeniyetten uzakki hayvan sevgisinin de onu karşılıksız sevmenin de onun dahip olduğu gibi hırslardan ve kibirden uzak olduğunu anlamadı.Asla tavsiye etmem huzurlu tatil sadece denize yakın olmakla olmuyor arkadaşlar. Bir sürü otel var orda lütfen yorumlara bakıp gidin.Paranızla rezil olmayın. O insan oraya rahatlamaya geliyor kurallar silsilesinde boğulmaya değil.Neyse bir daha asla kötü yorumları dikkate almam gerkektiğini gösteren işletmedir. From the pictures, I expected a nice spacious pool, with childrens/splash pool. I expected a rooftop terrace/sunbathing/relaxing area and a pool table. It seems that some changes have taken place since photos were posted online as there is no splash pool or pool table and the roof terrace is a barren, unwelcoming space. The pool now has a wall built up against one side, so along with the boundary wall, means it's flanked on all sides and doesn't receive enough sun to warm the pool, so even at the end of the season, after a summer of sun, its still freezing. As in other reviews, it seems rooms vary wildly. Ours was much nicer than our friend's, but our balcony was next to useless as it was completely shaded/baracaded by creeping plants. All of this, I could let slide, bearing in mind the price paid, but the service we received was a deal breaker for us. We like to drink late, often returning from town for a couple more at the bar before bed. On our first day we asked what time the bar closed and were basically told, whenever we wanted. We returned from town at 12.30am to complete darkness. We asked if the bar could be reopened and received a flat out ”no”. On another night we arrived back at the bar when it was still open, but later on, I think somewhere between 1.30 and 2.00am it shut down. That is understandable, but we didn't like the fact that we weren't told it was closing or asked if we wanted anything else, they just turned the lights out, shut everything down and left us sitting there in the dark! Despite this, 4 members of staff were still in the vicinity, one ”night watchman” and three others sitting chatting and looking at their phones. It seems bizarre, that you wouldn't keep the bar open and take our money, if you are hanging around anyway? Most of the time we were completely ignored by the staff, no one asked us how our day was or if we were enjoying our stay. There was one exception, one guy did make more of an effort to say hello and we had a brief conversation at the bar with him once in 10 days. For these reasons, we chose not to give the hotel any of our money and took our custom elsewhere as much as we could. We reckon the hotel lost out on at least £1000 in drinks from our group. Although the hotel had its faults, its close to the beach and more than adequate, so we may well have stayed again, had the customer experience been better.

The hotel is a bit remote, the room is really really really small, but the service staff is quite enthusiastic. Because it is an all-inclusive hotel, three meals a day are solved in the hotel, and the kids will not feel bored as long as there is water to play. There are very few Chinese people, and more Europeans and Americans come for vacation. The hotel design is very unreasonable. The elevator can only go to the 5th floor, but our room is on the 6th floor. There is a problem with the shower. Anyway, the bathroom is leaking.

The hotel is large in size, including dinner and breakfast. The food is very selective and the taste is good. The room is not big, but it is clean. The standard four-star hotel feels that the facilities are not up to the standards of domestic hotels in the same class, but still More satisfied. The surrounding area is very convenient and lively. The main street is separated by a wall. It takes a few minutes to walk to the beach. There are all kinds of paragliders and intermediaries in the sea. We just found a paraglider, the coach is very good, and then we found a family. Arranging a speedboat, two people went to the sea for an hour

Wow! Wow! Wow! Read the amazing reviews, was looking for somewhere to holiday for my partners 40th, I was a holiday rep in Hisaranu about 18 years ago, so wanted to introduce my partner to this amazing country, was apprehensive, would he like it? However that changed when we arrived, sooo glad we chose to stay here, Orhan is the most genuinely lovely person you could meet, he is fantastic at his job and I hope the hotel management realise this, special shout out also to Semih from Orange Spa, he is, like Orhan, an absolute credit to this hotel, we visited the spa twice for Turkish bath and massage and they were both wonderful,I honestly could go on and on about why you should book this hotel, but if you want to have a heavenly holiday, book here, we re-booked for May for 10 days whilst we were there, and cannot wait! just returned back from this lovely hotel on a 10 day holiday. On arrival at 23.00 it was a nice check in. The room was a superior room needed a little updating buy overall it was immaculate. Bathroom was on on the small side but we managed ok. The pool was superb ,plenty of sun beds towels provided to put over the sunbeds you had to be quick to get them though from the towel box. Plenty of sunbeds available for all guests. We stayed bed and breakfast and it was a good choice from the buffet. cooked breakfast was provided, omelettes, boiled eggs. great lunch time menu we ate at the hotel every day. we chose to eat out in the evenings, after spending many years on holidaying in OluDeniz we have found that the prices have gone up everywhere. Had a lovely boat trip with pioneer travel and had a super day out, much needed in the 42 deg heat. We met some lovely friendly people on this holiday and we all felt the same about this lovely hotel.The staff were friendly house keepers we amazing, the gardens were immaculate we cannot thank every one enough.
