Nice hotel. Decent service from main staff, especially in the restaurant and snack bar, but this might have been due to the hotel being empty and new staff being enthusiastic at the beginning of the season. Which brings me on to my main gripe, there must be some sort of staff incentive running as every member keeps harassing you to write a review and mention their name. They will even write it on a piece of paper and shove it in your face. This is why most recent reviews you read say "especially....." It's horrible practice and stinks of desperation. Second thing is the noise, even the supposedly quiet rooms suffer from the racket of the entertainment stage (karaoke at 10:30pm) and the loud noise of the VIP bar over the road. I hate to think what the rooms on that side of the hotel sound like. I mentioned this to reception but they didn't seem interested. Otherwise, food was good, drinks nice and had an ok stay. Was concerned seeing a child carried off on a stretcher then the next day the guest relations woman clearly annoying the father.

Stayed here for a week. Cannot fault this hotel. Great location next to the main street in Olu deniz. Excellent facilities. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Pool area spotless. Food was great, plenty of choice. Staff could not be more helpful and friendly.

Amazing food and ameneties. Good location close to beach. Lots of activities. The only consideration is the loud music at night due to local clubs. Hotel staff service was 10/10

We have recently stayed at this hotel. Our room was in a good location within the hotel main building & we did not hear much noise at night. However we can understand when previous guests say some of the rooms are noisy as these are the rooms which are nearest or back onto the ***** of bars. We found the food to be nice with fairly good choice. Myself being a vegetarian, I was able to find plenty of food to make a meal with. The grounds of the hotel are very clean and I found the pools to be clean. The adult pool was a good touch also. We found the staff are generally friendly and helpful. My husband said the cocktails were made with reasonable spirits and the lager is nice. We would return to this hotel (if we could pick it up and move it). We generally found Olu Deniz ok, but the loud bars on the ***** and fake shops were not our thing. However the beach front and blue lagoon are nice. We spent most days out of the resort going on buses places or walking part of the Lycian Way.

Ramazan bayramı için kız kardeşim 2 aile olarak otelde konakladıkları ve çok memnun kaldıkları için pamukkale için yaptırdığımız rezervasyonumuzu iptal ederek rotamız Fethiye'ye çevirdik, nede iyi yaptık :)A-Z ye kapı girişinde ki karşılamadan başlayarak resepsiyonda ki arkadaşın ilgisi (oda problemimiz anında çözüldü) çözüm odaklı yaklaşımları çok iyiydi.Restaurant, havuz bar, patiseri vs...çalışan arkadaşlar etrafımızda bir isteğiniz var mı şeklinde, güler yüzleri ve ilgileri ile dört döndüler.yemekler deseniz zaten lezzet ve çeşitli yönünden çok çok iyiydi.Fiyatı ×4 olan benim diyen otellerde bile bu kadar keyifli yemek yemedik diyebilirim. Her gece eğlencesi ile akşamlarımızda çok keyifli geçti Odalar temiz, düzenli, otel mis gibi yemyeşil, kuş cıvıltıları içinde huzurlu.Teşekkürler Sundia By Liberty Ölüdeniz ailesi...

We were having a very nice stay, despite a few hiccups and my wife being ill, until our second to last day. My son was very sick, violently vomiting, so the hotel called the doctor who said it was best to go to hospital. They wheeled him through the whole hotel on a stretcher. His symptoms were the same my wife had a few days earlier. While there was nothing to suggest it was due to anything the hotel did, I told the night manager that I had to consider all possibilities. At dinner the other guests were asking about my son, the general manager walked straight past me not even looking at me. The hospital they recommended tried to overcharge us and is blacklisted by our insurance company. So we had to change hospitals. This meant my wife and son were there through the night and well in to our last day. Reception wanted to charge me extra to keep the room for a few more hours to allow my wife and son to freshen up and finish packing. Other guests even offered the use of their rooms. Eventually Zhanna the guest relations manager came to offer me a “free” late checkout, then put a pen and paper in front of me asking me to write a letter that I’m happy with the hotel and the free late checkout, saying they’re not at fault. I refused and the late checkout revoked. She continued to hound me. Eventually saying we could stay late in our second room. That evening at dinner, the general manager again looked me in the eye and ignored me. The last straw was as we were leaving, on the steps outside the hotel, I was accosted by a reception staff asking me to sign something written by hand entirely in Turkish which I had no clue what it was. It’s such a shame that what is a nice hotel, with great service staff is ruined my a management team who’s only concern is to cover their own backs. Making a worrying experience even worse.
