"I didn’t expect that I could stay in such a comfortable B&B at my first stop in Altay! I chose a B&B for several days and I was not disappointed. First of all, it was very clean and provided disposable bath towels and slippers. It was the most considerate thing I have ever seen. We felt it was much more cost-effective than a hotel. The landlady is gentle and considerate, very easy to communicate with, and she also provides pick-up and drop-off services! ! She also recommended a lot of delicious and fun things to us, thank you very much to her! So I really recommend this B&B, it is very warm and like home!"

"It was a truly healing trip that exceeded all expectations. I'd definitely recommend this B&B to my friends. The entire room was newly decorated, showing the care and attention paid to the decor. But what really delighted me most was the exceptional service attitude and dedication of the housekeepers and the owner's staff. They even drove to the parking lot to pick us up and helped carry our luggage to our room.
This B&B, located in Baihaba New Village, just opened this year and features floor heating throughout, a smart toilet, a humidifier, a fireplace, and a large bathtub. They even thoughtfully provided bath bags.
The window offers stunning mountain views, with Kazakhstan across the poplar forest. The casual photos, without any retouching, are so beautiful they could be wallpaper.
The bedding is of exceptional quality. The sheets are pure cotton, and both latex and other pillows are available. The mattress has the perfect firmness, and the pillows are incredibly comfortable, like those from Biaduo. I especially want to praise our housekeeper, San San. She proactively sent us directions and nearby travel tips before our stay. Upon arrival, she helped us with our luggage, explained the room details, and even recommended restaurants. The owner had a warm smile throughout, always accommodating but never overly intrusive. It felt like visiting a friend's home. He was so friendly! That evening, we even had the owner's grilled lamb skewers, which were incredibly tender. They were much better than the restaurants in the old village, where some don't have very fresh ingredients, perhaps due to the location."

"The homestay is located in the new village. After arriving at the parking lot, it will be picked up. It is very convenient to travel. The house we stayed in for the first night was facing the snow-capped mountains. The window frame was like a picture frame... So we decided to stay for two more nights. The landlord girl was super warm and caring. She contacted us in advance to inform us of the route and weather. After arriving, she recommended the play route to us. Any questions were answered quickly. The room is also very clean, recommended to stay"

"The location is conveniently right next to the bus stop, and the parking lot is only one stop away. It's easy to just walk if you don't want to wait for the bus. The room is new and very clean. The owner takes great care of it. On my first day, I accidentally missed a step in the courtyard. The next day, I woke up to find it had been painted red to remind me of the steps. Super efficient."

GGuest UserWe came from the United States to play, compared many B&Bs in Baha'i, and finally chose koala B&B. This is the most comfortable homestay we have ever stayed in. The facilities are very complete and the house is very clean and hygienic. The boss service is very good and responsive to our requirements. The price is very high. The horse riding and Kanas route recommended by the boss is great. After a day of playing, it is very pleasant to massage on the massage chair. I am very reluctant to leave this homestay, and I am comfortable at home. We have begun to look forward to our next stay. Highly recommend to everyone.

The store very carefully prepared Xinjiang dried fruit compressed towels and a new hair dryer for travelers. Our family's favorite is the balcony of the hotel. As far as the eye can see, you can have a panoramic view of green mountains, green grass, herds of cattle and horses, and Kazakh people’s fireworks in white felt tents! Meeting enthusiastic store owners when you are out is definitely a plus for your trip. The young store manager is very enthusiastic. On weekends, the store manager even came to tell us that there would be a bonfire party in the village at night so we could go and experience it! We stayed for two days in a row with such beautiful scenery, and we were very happy! Thank you 🙏
