1.服務意識很差很差 跟我們是免費住的一樣 一個保安大爺説話也是大聲呵斥人 哎哎的這樣叫 晚上回酒店的時候

空調是壞的，晚上還有蚊子，根本睡不着，反映問題就説自己多重啟幾次空調，也不提供蚊香，迴應的態度生硬。不好

服務熱情，周到。
設施齊全，輔助日常用品齊全。
環境寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，
尤其是枕頭非常滿意，不但有備用枕頭，而且還有蕎麥皮和絲棉混合枕頭。

差評！避雷家人們，第一次見服務態度這麼差的酒店，因為我們來的晚，説好了晚兩個小時退房，交接人員沒有對接好，上來就沖顧客發火，服務員也一點素質都沒有，在走廊裏大聲説話影響客人休息。衞生環境都先不説，服務態度是真差，工作人員像是要打架的樣子！

環境整體感覺不錯，但是地毯有些黴味，最奇葩的是第一次住廁所直對着床的賓館，還專門看了看其他的就一兩間是正常的佈局，其餘的都是洗浴衞生間對着床

隔音效果真的很奇妙。能聽到整棟房的關門聲，從早上六點過持續到9點。每關一次門房間震動一次。
