Residing in the hotel in September 2020 , it was one of the best places to live on trips. We had a standard number (the smallest of the proposed), but we all arranged - the bed is large and comfortable, the bed changed every day, in the room there is a small refrigerator, teapot, fan, large shower cabin, shell-sapple items, they put tea bags, there are tea cups and glasses, bottles of water. On the recession is a great coffee machine with a great choice of coffee and cocoa, potter, tea, plugs - free of charge. Great breakfasts. The hotel smells very delicious. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator because it is a historic building, there are pandus for suitcases and trolleys, but not very convenient, but even this tiny thing could not spoil the impression of the hotel. Very attentive boys and girls on the recepcen and kitchen. About the location and nothing to say - all in step availability. Strengthening 5+ out of 5 possible. Thank you very much for all who have provided our rest in this hotel.

Service: +++ Rooms: +++ Cleanliness: +++ Breakfast:++ Location: ++ Price: -/+ Wifi: Works very well Wow! Just wow. This lovely hotel in the middle of the huge city of Moscow. Even though it is on a busy street you do not hear any noise. The rooms are very nice decorated and most of all, it is very clean. After a busy day in this million city, this is the place to come to rest. The ladies and gents at the front desk are very polite and helpful. Always ready to welcome you and help you. They even help carrying the suitcases (as the hotel does not have an elevator). Breakfast is just next door and you have a lot to choose from. Kindly note, It is a bit of a modern system, you get a card and tap every time you order something (my grandmother of 79, did not understood how it worked). Don’t loose the card and you will be fine! If I ever come back to Moscow, this would be the place I would like to stay.

I stayed 3 times alone and all time I chooses standard room with double bed, the price is high, but acceptable. The main problem is the lack of sound insulation between the corridor and other rooms. I heard my neighbor shaving and what he was talking about with his girlfriend. The arrangement of some rooms is not clear, in the sense that last time I was not able to use the closet due to poor access to it. In almost all the rooms there is nowhere to put even one suitcase and, as a result, you open it on the walkway to the bed (and I was lucky because it was the smallest suitcase). The last time the guard was rude, because the receptionist was absent and the guard said wait 30 minutes

I came with my husband to Msk to celebrate my Dr. Take a room with breakfast for three nights, all in 17 thousand. I will write in order. Plus: the most polite and kind staff-administrators, bartenders, waiters. Very clean fresh rooms, comfortable bed, crystalling lingerie, cleaning, water bottles every day, cosmetic ingredients are flavoured. Breakfasts are medium- like ice-flavoured cans with salads and air omlets. Overall everything is) Well, well, excellent location, close to the center. Minuses: super small rooms, not to warn of(This is the smallest number I've ever seen. In the bathroom, not to turn in the direct sense of that word, not thought a moment with the shower, When you open the door to the cabin, the door pulls the towel for the feet, eventually you want or not, but the floor is all with water( We settled late because, there was a late train, were hungry, came to eat at the restaurant downstairs (Well, as a restaurant, cafeteria I would say), There was nothing but alcohol, basic snow or peanuts-absolutely nothing. Shops next to you are not open (though on a map of 24/7- do not believe), cafe all on Thursday until 11 p.m. After all, I had to order a pizza, (Next, they promised a birthday compliment for me, but it never was, though I even reminded, Not that the question is principled, but it would be better not to promise at all) Last night was in the room very hot, as it turned out, the air conditioner didn't work, opened the window, mosquitoes (was surprised by them in September to see), all night badly slept because of it. In general, the impressions are good, but we will not go there anymore.
