The room is spacious, clean and tidy. The beautiful customer service at the front desk is very good. It is also very close to the Red Square. It was a great experience. I will stay here again next time.

坑啊巨坑，沒被這麼坑過，中國人不騙中國人
六七百一晚的酒店沒有早餐，誰家四星級酒店沒有電梯啊爬樓梯，打電話叫人下來幫忙，人家酒店工作人員可是晚上7點就下班了呢，後面退房請求幫忙搬行李下樓，好大的口氣呢説他們不管這個，誰來誰累趴家人們。房間小的箱子都攤不開，訂了三晚，讓人來打掃衞生，衹換個垃圾袋呢，地都不掃，更別説換床單和洗漱用品啦！！
攜程全是假圖啊假圖，真是被騙的很慘呢，酒店根本不長圖片那樣，那是附近景區的圖啊家人們，實際就是一小破旅館，整個酒店衹有十幾個房間。申請雙人床還被拒絕，牛的！！真是驚心動魄的旅行啊

酒店位置算比較好找的，地鐵下來走一會就到了，周邊小店超市也不少。但是這個酒店真的不大，隔音效果一般，能聽到走廊裏的腳步聲，這床也是非常的小，酒店在二樓但是沒有電梯，有行李的朋友一定要注意，沒有電梯，需要扛行李，前台效率也很慢，不過我們遇到的這個是會英文的，還算好吧。

這個酒店最大的優點是地理位置非常好，附近地鐵站很多，步行到達。紅場很近，幾個美術館也很近。而且酒店在當街的位置，顯眼。很適合獨自前往莫斯科的人住。安全係數高。
缺點就是有點像快捷酒店了，看這個酒店的網頁我感覺還蠻古典豪華的，但其實衹是一個很普通的快捷酒店。
