In order to catch the plane near the airport, the hotel was changed. The night before, I repeatedly confirmed that I needed to go to the airport at 5 am the next morning. The front desk said that it was definitely possible. It had been arranged, but I arrived at the front desk at 5 am the next morning. The driver was not there. The front desk said that she didn't know where the driver was, saying that she would contact the driver again. I didn't call the message, I waited for a long time and there was no news. I was speechless. I could make an appointment with an Uber car to the airport. I didn't apologize at all! There is nothing around the hotel ～

The space is very spacious and it is a great place to relax. As this was the first hotel I visited during my 3-week business trip, I didn't know what the quality would be like, so I initially reserved only 6 nights, but I was so satisfied that I extended the rest of my itinerary.

Booked a king room. Upon arrival we were informed the room was on the fourth floor, and without elevator access. So we were given a much smaller room on the first floor and told since they had to make the change, they would waive the pet fee upon receiving the bill. We were still charged a pet fee. No hairdryer in the room. My husband went to the front desk to ask for one and was told housekeeping would bring one to the room shortly they never came. He went out to look for housekeeping staff found hotel employee standing outside the door, smoking and screaming into her phone, vulgar profanities unacceptable staff behavior, especially when there were children within earshot of this.

Sitting in the hotel as I write this. Wifi did not work in the room. I notified the front desk last night that, as soon as I entered my room, it stopped working. The only option the front desk could offer me was to call tech support, which is not fair to the employee or the guest. It is 2023, Hilton…DO BETTER. There is no menu of any kind on the site for this hotel or any other under the Hilton umbrella, which makes it very difficult to plan for what I can eat. (I am on a restricted diet that, in part, prevents me from consuming dairy.) For lactose-intolerant guests, this presents a challenge as traveling with nondairy milk is not always a practical option. Why is there no soy, oat, etc., option available like every other place that serves breakfast? Further, where are healthier options like whole grain bagels/bread? You are a multi-billion-dollar company and offering a menu online as well as whole grain and nondairy options are not outlandish or exorbitant requests in 2023. In fact, they should not even have to be brought up—ESPECIALLY when breakfast is included (yet many guests are excluded). Finally, plastic cups at breakfast? Seriously?! I am not even going to say anything more about this. Stop worrying about executive salaries over the basic comforts of your guests. It is a true shame that your oversights clouded over what might have otherwise been a pleasant experience given the friendly staff.

GGuest UserWe were traveling out of RDU to Seattle and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express the night before we left and the night we returned. When we checked in, I informed Jasmine (Front Desk) that we were booked to stay there when we returned. I told her our return date and she stated she didn’t see our reservation, so I pulled out our confirmation and that’s when we figured out I had booked our return stay at a Holiday Inn 2/10th of a mile up the road. There was a line to check in, so she said, “Let me see what I can do and I’ll give you a call.” We had booked with ParkStayFly, which allows you to park your car at the hotel while your gone on your trip, so we were anticipating that we may have to move our car early the next morning to the other hotel. Less than an hour later, Jasmine called and said that she not only got our car transferred to stay at the HIE, but that when we returned, we’d be staying at the same hotel and wouldn’t have to transfer. We were thrilled! She surely went above and beyond to make our trip much easier! When we returned (it was late, close to Midnight), we called for the shuttle (which Jasmine had kindly written the number on a sticky note for us), told the lady (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name), who we were and we needed the shuttle. Shuttle was there within 3-5 mins and when we got to the hotel, she confirmed who we were and said, here are your room keys, you’re ready to go! It was AWESOME! The hotel is very nice, beds are comfy and the free breakfast is great (lots of healthy options…which I really liked)!! Thank you Holiday Inn Express for a terrific experience! We will definitely stay here again when traveling out of RDU.

GGuest UserWe are giving 5 stars review because the breakfast buffet is exceptional. My hubby has severe allergies. Chef Paula had a variety of safe foods - something I have never seen even at far more upscale hotels. Oatmilk for coffee, chicken sausage, oatmeal made without milk, hard boiled eggs, fruit. What a pleasure to wake after a long trip and be able to enjoy a healthy breakfast. Thank you Marriott for having such an exceptional and caring chef in your kitchen. Chef Paula made the first morning of our trip a delight.

LlihuaThe hotel is clean and tidy with everything. Next door to the BP gas station, it is very convenient to buy things. Breakfast is also full, after all, the price is there. Extra bed? There is no room for extra beds in this room. Parking is of course no problem, report the car number.
