I was assigned a room without air conditioning, so I moved rooms twice.
However, they kindly tried to change the room, and the room I was assigned last had good air conditioning. It was unfortunate that the hair dryer was broken, but I think it was okay for this price because it was close to the airport!

My flight arrived at RDU at 0100, the Microtel was close, no hassle to get a room, allowed a late checkout with no additional charge, friendly, the rooms were comfortable

We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We had low expectations going in based on the price, but the room was beautiful. Definitely a great value, especially if you have an early flight in the morning.

The extended parking for air travel was reasonable priced. The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient. Polite drivers. Two of the finest restaurants are within walking distance (beside the hotel).

Since we had a round trip plane flight, the hotel's parking cost was reasonable and the shuttle service was more convenient than driving to a parking lot near the airport.
