Hard to find fault with this excellent hotel: Although in the centre of town, parking is freely available; the entrance is through a lovely parterre garden; the reception was warm and well-informed. The rooms are a good size with wonderfully high windows and a very comfortable and large (180cm) bed and a sizeable and modern shower in a large bathroom. Although we had a front-facing room, we experienced no traffic noise. Everything was perfectly clean, and the breakfast was good. Really excellent value for money and we will definitely recommend and return.

Hotel is situated about 10 minutes from Boulogne centre and about 15 minutes from the old town with the Notre Dame Basilica. Free on street parking outside hotel on Boulevard Pierre Daunou. Close to both the train and bus stations. Stayed 2 nights and had evening meals ate at the Ibis Boulonge sur Mer Centre Les Ports about 5 minutes away. Rooms clean and safe.

The hotel was just open and you noticed everything. The reception was empowered by unerfaren people who were not trained. Most of them don't speak English and sometimes don't want to understand if you try French. That was as the first impression disappointing. The staff thinks to do it right but misses experience and training. The rooms are only available to 16.00. That is just too late after a long journey. The rooms are small but cheap. All is present. A small balcony is a beautiful addition to the room. The outdoor area is beautiful and spacious. There is a small (bad) vegetable and fruit garden. The indoor pool is fine. The outdoor terrace is also. You can only not take out a bottle of water and glass. In itself understandable but go ahead with plastic glass oid. Show initiative! The restaurant was a special experience. Not the middle of the road food but specialities. It was the purpose of the new opening, but it must be better; the guards made their best, and spoke two words of English, and I hope it will be better in a year, and now a sixth of the ten.

Excellent central location with secure parking. Very clean and staff very helpful / friendly. Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room and more space in the parking garage (walls between cars made spaces VERY narrow and it was very difficult to get in / out of the car). Central location means can get noisy at night but no problem with the windows closed. Easy walk to the beach and numerous local restaurants. Le Touquet itself is rather expensive due to tourists, so be prepared to pay at least 20 euros for a simple burger and chips. Art gallery and lighthouse only open on certain days, so check before you go.

We arrived late and received a great welcome from Frank who obtained for us some nice food ( it was 11 pm!!) This is a very very professional attitude .Frank was like all the staff here,full of attention !We love the new spirit with modern fourniture and room was very comfortable.They just opened some weeks ago but feeling is very positive.A large and sunny terrace outside will be perfect for meetings or relax with a drink! Next time we should have a dinner since chef has very good réputation...see you soon for testing the modern indoor pool with counter current!!

No fridge or air-conditioning in the room. Some staff at the reception may be friendly and customer-oriented. Aiding. They were previously arrogant and everything seemed too much for the boy with the cross-tattoo and the girl with the 2 dates as tattoo. The room girls were kind and attentive. We got little explanation when we arrived, so oa did not know where the sauna was, how it worked, what was there, if the water in the room was free (recall this, that gives your customers a good feeling). The kiss and towels smoke muff. The room was not well cleaned (not sucked) The restaurant was always full. The swimming pool was nice and heated. There was a bubble bath that didn't work anymore? A dressing hook ah pool would also be nice. The hotel looks like a distant glory and has a urgent need for refreshment. The tennis fields were not playable on 1 field. On our balcony was unherb (room 128). We had expected more for a room of 190€/night. The room was spacious, the beds and beds were good. The hotel is close to the Hardelot and the sea in green. The parking is free and sufficient The hotel has a lot of potential provided better management.

Let’s be honest, what were you expecting for €60 odd Euros? The sheets and towels were clean. The staff had a welcome smile. Sure the window curtain hung badly, the shower curtain was none existant, the security lock had the day off, and the paintwork was older than me! One night, 2 dogs and a tired wife. Worked for us. Not sure when or if we will repeat the experience but we were up early for a long drive south and that counted for a lot.
